Fraudulent dealership
They mislead people with false information about additional warranty. They made fraud when I canceled the warranty. The service dept. takes a very long time to do the service. Stay away. If you really find a good deal make sure you have everything, everything im writing.

We were looking for a 2023 Tacoma which we found at Post
We were looking for a 2023 Tacoma which we found at Post Oak Toyota. "V" sent us a sheet listing all the options which we still have. Got there only to find out an important option was not on the vehicle. But, we drove quite a ways and decided to take the Tacoma home anyway. . Got home washed the new Tacoma only to find it had damage. Tried getting in touch with management, they will not return or acknowledge my many calls and e-mails. It appears they want arbitration, then litigation. Zero professional courtesy. Will contact Toyota Corp Office tomorrow & start the Arbitration process. Will keep this site posted as to the outcome. .

I found my Tundra on AutoTrader and inquired about availability. Jasmine in internet sales reached out and was instrumental in getting me to make the 1.5 hr. drive. Cedric Carter was my sales person. He was so polite with no high pressure sales tactics. He's my kind of sales person. Joe in finance was awesome and a straight shooter. The entire exchange was pleasant from the beginning. I highly recommend.

They undercut my trade by $5000.
They undercut my trade by $5000. Wouldn't give me a price. Wouldn't give me a payment. Tried to sell me on a 7% interest rate. I have a 770 credit score. The vehicle I was interested in was already sold after being told it was in stock and ready. I'd like to have something good about my experience but I don't. This unfortunately was just the beginning of see how terrible the local Toyota dealerships are. I've had 2 tundras and loved them. I guess it's time to look at other brands.

Horrible place
Lied and cheated . Sold trade in within 24 hours. Car purchased broke diwn within 3 days and they simply refused to deal with customers. Manager rude loud and talks down to everyone. DONT BUY HERE

Bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Postoak Toyota 2
Bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Postoak Toyota 2 weeks ago, 12/15/22. Low engine pressure light came on today 12/29/22 Called the last owner. He had it for 4 months. Returned it for this reason. His extended warranty paid them to fix it. Never fixed, just resold to the next sucker, us. This will not go unanswered. Will they make this right? TBC.

Scam sale
Bought a 2013 Toyota Highlander from Postoak Toyota 2 weeks ago, 12/15/22. Low engine pressure light came on today 12/29/22 Called the last owner. He had it for 4 months. Returned it for this reason. His extended warranty paid them to fix it. Never fixed, just resold to the next sucker, us. This will not go unanswered. Will they make this right? TBC. Apparently this doesn't fit the guidelines to allow it to post?
