Unprofessional dealership

Extremely disappointed in this dealership. Typical dealer process, back and forth. Salesman was not knowledgeable at all with the car I was interested in, let alone could tell me what cars they had available. Wife accidently spilled a drink, salesman looked at both of us and said he's not cleaning it up, and didn't even offer to bring us something to help wipe it up. The salesman said the dealership was a USAA dealer, come to find out that was a lie. Was told in order to get the 2 yr complementary maintenance, I HAD to buy the $1499 protection package the dealership was pushing. When I was trying to get a better deal on my trade, since they were shooting almost $3k lower than KBB trade in value, I was told no one else is going to get the new car until the deal was done, so I have nothing to worry about with someone else walking away with the car I was interested in. When the sales manager was trying to convince me to buy a protection plan, the car "Suddenly" was sold to someone else. Really, they just had someone take it around the block to play a game. Very unprofessional dealership, and I am starting to understand why there are so many advertisements on the freeway, as they are not getting business by customer loyalty and referrals. Took my business down to Southwest Toyota in Lawton, that is a place Post Oak Toyota can take some notes on how to be a quality dealership. Shop else where, you will be better off.

Only wanted to save a buck, didn’t really care about the safety of the car or driver, in my opinion. Needed safety issues resolved on car, did bare minimum.

I purchased the RAV4 on 24 JUN 22.

I purchased the RAV4 on 24 JUN 22. The purchase was slightly longer than my normal experience from other Toyota and Lexus dealerships. The process was average. My salesperson was Laekynn Parish. However, I am very unsatisfied with the dealership because the purchase was financed, and I had to unblock my credit rating on three separate occasions because the finance department didn't complete the credit check on the two previous occasions. On the third credit check, Carlos (one of the dealership managers) promised me he would give me a cargo net as compensation for the inconvenience of three separate credit checks. At the time of the promised cargo net, I was informed by Carlos that the item was on backorder. I was informed that Laekynn would be the one to contact me once the cargo net arrives to the dealership. As of today, 5 Oct 22, I have not received any contact from the dealership about the cargo net. Also, on 4 Aug, I was informed by the dealership to come to the dealership on 5 Aug and a cargo would be given to me. On 5 Aug, my wife came to dealership and waited more than 60 minutes and no cargo net was provided to her. She was informed by Ferdinal that he would look for a net. However, we never provided the net when my wife was at your dealership waiting. Therefore, once she stayed there for over 60 minutes and no response, my wife departed the dealership extremely unhappy. We are unhappy with this service! Our last seven purchases of new vehicles have been Toyota/Lexus products (1998 Lexus ES300, 2000 GS300, 2008 LS 400, 2017 LS 460, 2013 Toyota Highlander, 2014 Toyota Highlander, and 2022 RAV4). I have been loyal to Toyota, but I am sincerely considering looking elsewhere for new vehicles.

WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER

Worst service I have ever dealt with in my ENTIRE LIFE! I purchased EVERY warranty offered and EVERY time I come to get an oil change it takes 4+ hours (and yes I SET AN APPOINTMENT EVERY TIME)! I watch my car go up and down 3 times, each time the service advisor walks around for 30 minutes laughing with his friends. I call the front desk and am sent to several voicemails to leave a message. Call back and KELSEY yells out how she doesn’t want to deal with me any longer. I text and call the advisor NO response. 4 HOURS of waiting in their wait area for my PREPAID oil changes. Even longer when I had to use my Tire Warranty (purchased from Toyota) NEVER WILL EVER GO BACK!

I had a great experience at Post Oak Toyota my

I had a great experience at Post Oak Toyota my salesperson Fernando did an amazing job at getting me into a brand new vehicle at a GREAT price and in a time efficient manner. I will be recommending post oak to my friends and family on behalf of Fernando and the rest of the sales staff.

My second experience with Post Oak was completely

My second experience with Post Oak was completely different from my initial experience. Although my first visit left more to be desired, my second was really stellar. They really took care of me and have made me a huge fan- just like Shaun said he would! Shaun & John made sure all my needs were met and guaranteed me the car I wanted. No xxxxxxxx and were straight shooters with me. They went above and beyond and I look forward to doing business with these guys in the future and implore everyone in the market for a car to make sure to check these guys out!! Thanks, guys! I really truly was humbled by the professionalism displayed and the loaner provided during my wait was very much appreciated. Sincerely, thank you.

David is the best salesman I have ever worked with!

David is the best salesman I have ever worked with! He helped my husband and I get a 2023 Toyota Camry!! This car is amazing and the whole post oak crew is friendly, personable, NOT PUSHY, and care about finding the best car suited for your needs. Shane who helped us with the financial part is the best!!! Seriously if you can request him because he is sooo worth the wait if need be!!!
