I was looking for an affordable cash SUV after my car was totaled. I looked around many different car lots and everything was overpriced. A friend referred me to Texas Auto Pros, it was completely worth the drive to the West side of the Metroplex. They were extremely helpful, they had multiple options from cars to trucks to SUVS. I bought a Ford Explorer that was the exact color I was looking for. It was in great shape, the price was less than I had assumed I would have to pay and the experience was easy. Highly recommend this place to all my friends and anyone looking for an affordable, quality used car.

I have never enjoyed buying a car, but this was a different experience. The folks are pleasant, knowledgeable, and great to do business with. Everything went smoothly, including the delivery. I had the car checked, and no repairs were needed. The price was fair. I love my new car !!!!

Bought a Fiat and the transmission went out within 3 months with less than 3000 miles. Mileage was at 62000 miles at purchase. The first day we drive it home the air went out and the check engine light came on. 5K paid for a piece of xxxx!

Sent an email a few days ago inquiring on the availability a vehicle they had listed and didn't receive a response. After 3-4 days and the vehicle still appearing on cars.com I sent a second request a few days later and got a single worded email, "Sold" . No offer of other similar inventory, no punctuation, no signature, and no sale from me, now or in the future.

Bought this car March 6, 2020 I asked the manager on two different occasions for a car fax on the vehicle. The first time he said his computer was down, but reassured me the car had no accidents or flood damage. The second time, when I actually picked the car up, he said Car Gurus was having trouble with their website but reassured me once again, no accidents or flood damage. I trusted him and bought it. I finally paid for a Car Fax report myself and have found out the car has been in 4 accidents with damage all the way around! I am very upset and disappointed, and will never buy from or suggest him to anyone else!

Disabled veteran totally ripped off. Said unit was in perfect working condition. Lots of hidden repairs. Will cost more than half to repair all the hidden items
