there full of lies
they will sell the car to you that day let u drive away with it then in a few days tell you the bank didn't approve you for that much so your new car payment is this amount since we lost the original paperwork and only verbally told them your income to get you your price not physically submitting it to get the real price... even after you signed the contract and will keep harassing you until you do

Overall a good dealership
I just bought my Lancer from Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi. They're an overall good dealership for the exception of their finance department. Jay in the service department is great and he will work with you on whatever needs fixed without hesitation. Johnny sold me my car (second time). He is great, too. We were, however, lied to by the finance department. They ran our credit through many banks without permission and changed the bank on us at the last minute, this portion of the car buying experience was not pleasurable. Always double check the paperwork with this department.

I would like to apologize on behalf of Myrtle Beach Mitsubishi. We are a new establishment and we are always looking for new ways to improve what we do here. It appears that you were least satisfied with the over-all customer service, and not at all happy with our buying process. I truly believe that it is necessary to explain each step to the customer and as long as everyone understands what is actually taking place, the process goes much smoother. I am sorry if you felt like you were not treated well or if you were not quite understanding what was going on. We are always adding new sales personnel to our team, and of course getting rid of the people that do not make our customers feel comfortable and satisfied. Please understand that we are all hard-working people. We are always striving to improve the quality of our dealership. Thank you for your feed-back, we are always trying to find the specific things that we can improve or change.
Good first time buying experience
Johnny sold me my brand new 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage, he was very personable and stayed until they closed to ensure all the paperwork was correct. He and his sales manager, Manny, guided me through every step of the buying process since I was new to this and made it simple and painless. I don't remember the gentlemen's name who is in the finance department, but he was also cordial and made this a fairly painless first time buying experience in the financing aspect. I have had coworkers that have had issues with this particular dealerships such as a rude finance person and lying with the numbers and actual car they got but, thankfully, they didn't try to pull any of this on me. I haven't had any repairs done at the dealership but if they are anything like the folks who work in Sales they should be a pleasure to work with I'm sure.

this company can not be trusted they lie to the customer to get a sale ,they care about nothing about the their customers ,their general manger is rude ! He thinks that he can be rude to anyone . Bought a car from them that had problems and he said he knew nothing about the problems you're the general manger 'sopose to know everything about your dealership's . The finance manger wil tell you anything to get you to sign those papers .then you find out none of it is true . Run the other way be very careful of this place

This is difficult to reply to because most of this simply is not true. Once we find a customer is interested in purchasing a used vehicle, then we have the problems checked out and fixed, if any. In this particular case we actually went as far as doing a service inspection and adding new brakes. In this review it is stressed that our general manager is rude to anyone. This absolutely is not true but anytime a customer attempts to physically harm a salesperson, or himself, you may find that he is not exactly nice. This is a situation where the customer caused their own dissatisfaction and is choosing to blame it on the store. In no way am I trying to be rude or controversial, but I believe we handled ourselves in the most professional manner possible when being physically threatened by customers, whom are now posting bad reviews and trying to harm our business.
Car buying experience with this company is bad
My car buying experience has turned into a night mare. They will take your money and shove you out the door. Then they will not answer any questions about the vehicle. They will talk in circles and keep telling u what a good car u bought. The car has whistling noises coming off the mirrors and air pockets coming thru the front Sounds like a wind tunnel, they say and u need to just adjust the window so u can't hear it. Gives u a bad headache and ears hurt after a short drive in it. The engine is so loud after the first week u dont even want to start it never mind drive it. What a nightmare. Now I have a 2014 Outlander Sport with defect in design and until the manufacturer changes or improves anything the at such time there might be something done and the best is it is under 30 days old.Buyer beware please

I am sorry you are un-happy with your brand new vehicle. It is not our intention to sell someone with a vehicle that they do not like. We will be happy to look into trying to trade this vehicle in for something that suits you better. At this stage, it is no longer ours, and it does belong to the bank so I am not able to simply take it back. Please contact me at your convenience.
