Buying a car for me was a lengthy process until I went to Byers. The staff is very friendly and Derek was very helpful and professional. He worked to get me a good deal with other incentives. Very informative and I would recommend doing your business at Byers and if possible work with Derek Hall.

On Friday I took my Tiguan for an oil change and tire rotation. It has been a great car, but I walked the lot and found a few sedans that caught my eye. Sean let me take a spin in a ‘15 Jetta SE and I loved it. I took it home to show my teens, and decided to purchase it. I haven’t driven a car for many years after having had vans and SUVs but this Jetta rides like butter and makes me smile. My family and I have bought multiple vehicles from Sean McKinney and will continue to buy and refer folks to him!

Steve and Ryan were the best two salespeople that I have ever dealt with! There was no pressure at all when I went to look at a vehicle that they had in stock, and they actually encouraged me to take a test drive, even though I hadn’t driven stick shift for close to 20 years. We found our Mustang GT convertible on a Sunday, and because of their service and response, along with an amazing vehicle, we ended up buying the Mustang on the following Wednesday (4 days from initial contact). This is my second vehicle from Byers and the experience was just as great as the first time. P.S. the service during and after purchasing a vehicle doesn't diminish is always a constant pleasure.
