Finding a company that you feel comfortable to buy a car can be a search and believe me it took me several tries before finding a reliable and honest facility. I like Byer Imports and feel that they treat me as a top customer. The price is fair but the honesty and reliability are the key to my happiness here.

Recently purchased tires from and had them installed by Byers Imports. The service was prompt and courteous. The job took about an hour. The certified technician was well acquainted with tire pressure systems and took care not to damage the sensors mounted inside the wheel. I highly recommend.

I was in the market for a sports car and found the car that I was looking for at Byers Import. This place is great because I got the exact car I wanted! Their attitude was awesome and customer service went above and beyond to help me.

I took my daughter's 2000 Audi TT in because of a MIL and Mike in the service department was awesome. He discovered a recall that also needed to be performed and was very kind and thorough in his explanation of the problems with the MIL and the procedure they would use to take care of the recall. When I took the car back in for the appointment, I was met by Mike and Marty as soon as I walked in the door. They had arranged for a loaner car since the work would take a few days. I am very pleased with the service they provided and the professional and kind manner in which I was treated. They even thanked me for refueling the loaner car I was using. Not that I want anything to go wrong with my daughter's car, but the next time it needs any work, whether typical maintenance or a repair, I will not hesitate to call the service department at Byers Audi and make the arrangements through Mike or Marty. The service staff was also wonderful to me and helped me move things from one car to another when I left with the loaner. My daughter's car was washed and vacummed out and looked absolutely wonderful.

Most importantly, I trust the dealership. Whenever I need to get my car serviced or I just run into an emergency, the staff are so accommodating and friendly. That quality can be rare. At least, it has been for me at other dealerships.

They were very nice and they gave me good customer service. I just went to get an estimate on my car and they gave me one and some advice on what to do.
