Recent issue with my 2024 Tacoma.

Recent issue with my 2024 Tacoma. Called the service department and spoke with Chandler who had me bring it right over. He checked the service info internally and nothing came up. Recommended keeping overnight to scan. They scanned one system error popped up they checked all areas in regards to what the error was to confirm the truck was ok. He called let me know it was checked over and ready for pick up. He even washed it for me! Thanks Chandler keep up the good work!

I was impressed by how quickly and professionally

I was impressed by how quickly and professionally Chandler took care of a problem with my Prius. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and even brought popcorn while I waited!

Excellent experience.

Excellent experience. Representative thorough review of my maintenance record. Discussed recommended services in detail. Auto was serviced in a timely manner. My car was also washed. I felt comfortable that my car is in top condition. Staff very polite and knowledgable. I understood and agreed with my service plan. I will continue to use Toyota West.
