terrible customer service
Took 30 minutes to get anyone to speak with us. Angel (a salesman) was completely out of line rude, didn’t have any knowledge on the cars we asked about, then told us we “waisted his time” and pointed to the door. Terrible customer service. Manager Kenny was nice but they need to do something about the disrespectful staff. Don’t buy a car here.

Waste of time!
I called and made an appointment with Ray to test drive a car and when I showed up he wasn’t even there. Another salesman said the cars battery blew up and it wasn’t even for sale?

Never responded, didn't want to sell the car?
Tried to contact them, about a dozen times over the span of a couple weeks, for a car they had listed for sale. Finally got a response about a week later that simply said they were a "haggle-free dealer"... but I was offering above their asking price when they'd finally responded. And then crickets after that. Horrible customer service and communication. That or they really just don't want to sell this car (even for their "haggle-free" price).

HORRIBLE customer service
Called and spoke to someone who claimed to be Sales Manager about a vehicle advertised on their website that said "coming soon". It had been listed like this, with no pics but priced very competitively for weeks. The 'sales manager' said the vehicle was at the Kia dealership for a pre sale inspection, since it was under warranty. He said it should be her in 2-3 days. I told him I had visited their dealership 5 days ago, and this vehicle was unavailable (still at Kia). So, I told him 2-3 days was definitely not an accurate estimate, and asked if he had any idea when it would actually be available for sale. He got combative on the phone, saying he wasn't going to go back and forth with me, then HUNG UP on me. Now, if your in customer service and can't even handle answering questions, and being truthful, this is clear sign of a problem. There are too many other dealerships for me to endure this level of unprofessional conduct.

Drove 75 miles and arrived early on Saturday looking to buy a car. They showed us a car on their computer that looked like a good fit, but came back and told us that car needed a rear bumper. So they showed us another car similar to it that cost a little more but had less mileage. After we looked at and drove the car, signed the paperwork and paid the deposit, they told us it still needed to be smogged. The battery was also bad so they changed that out before taking it for smog. Then they told us it had to run through cycles before it could be smogged. They told us they had someone out driving it to take it through the cycles. By 7:00 p.m. it still was not done. They promised they would have it the next day. At 11:00 a.m. the next day we got a text saying it was on its way to smog, so we hopped in the car and drove the 75 miles back down there. Once there, they told us the person was still out driving it to meet the drive cycles. We waited around several more hours, at which point the manager Luis or Vynz (not sure what his real name is) made it sound like it had just passed smog. For our inconvenience they kept telling us they were going to fill the car up with gas. Around 3:00, the mechanic showed up and stated he had been driving the car but it still was not ready. They said they would give us a loaner car from their lot and still hoped to bring our car out to us later in the day. They gave us a car with lower gas mileage with less than three quarters of tank of gas to drive our 75 miles and wherever else we may need to travel. The car they gave us didn't have working headlights, a flasher wasn't working as well as a parking light, and the car was shaky when driven on the freeway, although halfway home it began to get dark. Had to drive over the Cajon Pass all the way to Barstow with high beams on hoping not to get pulled over. We continued to contact the manager, letting him know that it could not be driven to work in the morning at 2:30 am due to it not having any headlights as we had to drive it home with high beams on. They kept making promises and then said they would have our car out the next day. As the morning went on, we kept asking about the smog which they finally took around 11:30 or 12:00. At 12:45 the manager told us that they were going to fill up the car and then would deliver it 75 miles to our home. When the car arrived it was completely empty of gas and the manager stopped responding. This is a very unprofessional dealership. The reviews that tell you how poor they manage this company are true and accurate. We will never refer anyone to them or buy another car from them again. At first we were pleased with the service we were getting, but it turned into a nightmare.

Listen to the reviews about this place and take them to heart before doing business with them. I got everything in writing and even took photos and videos while doing business with them just to make sure they couldn’t screw me over in any way, but yet I still am waiting on a reimbursement check (for services they promised to do, but didn’t), floor mats (promised to me in writing since they sold it with no mats and said they would ship them to me), a refund from over charged DMV services, a refund from optional services they forced us to sign for and said we could cancel within 30 days (they let us immediately cancel one of them but not the other, which was sketchy since the company they go through said I wasn’t on file for one of them which is why I couldn’t cancel and for the other they said they already sent the dealership my money back which should have already been given to me), plus a scratch on my car they said they would fix and never did. I was 9 months pregnant and lived 2 hours away so when I picked up the car, I couldn’t wait any longer (we had been there twice already and each time they didn’t get anything done they had promised to do), so we finally just took the car under the impression they would make right the list above, but I can’t get anyone to return my phone calls or emails. Every time I call a “new employee” answers and says they will get their boss to contact me back ASAP, yet I never get a response. The manager, Luis, originally was responsive, then just stopped altogether as did our salesmen, Chris. My list could go on and on, but hopefully at least posting a review will spark someone to finally respond and get my items taken care of... after promising to fix the alignment and scratch and servicing a car for me while pregnant and yet not doing any of it/ lying about the services rendered.

Just bought a used Bolt
Talked to Daniel Ramirez, asked if they would honor the online price when I got there, and he absolutely did. Test drove 2 cars and took home the one I liked. Nothing added I didn’t ask for in the price. Took some looking around to find this place, but if you’re looking for a Bolt, they have a lot to choose from and they are a really good price.

Get approved and they we’re more worry about down payment when to get a deal done. Was ask 2k for a Car had 41k miles and was in damage. Give me a lot of excess.

I bought a 2014 Nissan Leaf on September 30th. The process was relatively easy and they let me charge it on my credit card which is why I'm giving them two stars. The car was advertised as "Premium Package" Bose 7 Speaker Audio System Navigation Around View Monitor Black Leather etc. etc. The car drives well but after I purchased it, I was told that it didn't have a car charger or an SD card. Without an SD card it doesn't have navigation, it doesn't have bluetooth, it doesn't even have AM/FM Radio !!!!!! They brought me a charger two weeks later as I didn't have enough miles to drive anywhere, but 24 days later I still don't have an SD card. It's ridiculous and I've been told they are "going to order one." When I asked when? there was no reply. This car should have been advertised as "would have a radio if it had an SD card" and "would have navigation if it had an SD card." This is ridiculous.
