The General Manager, Jesse; Sales manager, Eric; and Salesman, Vinny Chiappetta; care more about the bottom line than caring for the consumer. Their inability to follow through with a simple promise of a phone call and pure incompetence, cost me the ability to purchase the vehicle that I had been working with them on since Friday. After repeated promises of follow up phone calls by the sales manager, he never called. First thing Monday morning when I reached out, they informed me the car had been sold. Their response to me is that I should have put money down, then negotiated the deal. Never in my life have I seen, or heard, a consumer placing money down up front, prior to ANY negotiation. Clear lack of integrity, and GM Jesse told me the other buyers offer was a couple hundred dollars higher than mine. Apparently, first right of refusal doesn’t mean xxxx if they can make an extra buck. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, and even worse values. Sales manager, Eric, acknowledged he didn’t make good on his word to follow up with me (when we were less than $100 apart from striking the deal), but said there’s nothing he can do now. No xxxx, you sold the car from underneath me. Will NEVER work “with” Kunes Country dealerships again. ZERO INTEGRITY.

Kunes Country in Delavan was amazing, friendly & informative. My experience was definitely a great one from the minute I test drove my Trailblazer to the minute I drove it off the lot. From the moment we walked in to Kunes Country Chevrolet Cadillac, we felt welcomed and were given the greatest customer care we have received from any dealership. Kyle, our Sales Professional, was professional, courteous, and went above and beyond to help us. We arrived at the incorrect location for the vehicle we wanted, and Kyle drove to the other location and got it for us. All of our questions were answered, and the entire team worked with us to get a deal that was fair for both parties. The salesman was very nice but I feel that we were not listened to. We came in with a specific budget and were shown cars above that and at every turn someone tried to sell us another add on. We came out with a car we really liked but it was above what we had budgeted for.

My experience with Kunes was great . My salesman Adam listen to what kinda car I was lookin for and found me a car . My salesman Adam went above and beyond to get me a great deal on my car . To finalize the deal my salesman Adam delivered my car to my home and finalized all paperwork there . For my next vehicle purchase i will be returning to Kunes in Delavan wis .

Looking to reduce monthly payments and transition to a cheaper car was very quick and easy. Mike made the process very simple, got what I wanted for a fair trade in value and helped me get within my desired monthly payment. Fantastic job following up on appointments and staying in touch before the deal.

This is the second vehicle that I’ve purchased from this dealership. Both times it was extremely slow process. Both times I attempted to negotiate the price however they only want to try and make a “payment plan” work for you. When I bought my truck a few weeks ago they told me that they could sell me the truck for a dollar amount more than I wanted to spend. I walked away and then called back to see if they could stretch out the payments to be within my budget. However at this time they still wouldn’t tell me the actual price of the truck. So of course they stretched out the loan and were able to get them within my budget. This is where it goes sour. I did the simple math and realized had I paid the original payment I would have saved $4,700 dollars. So in conclusion they increased the total amount of the vehicle to get the exact amount of a monthly payment that I wanted. So when I called them out on it and spoke with Jesse the GM of the store he advised me that that should have never happened and he was sorry however he still would not sell me the truck for the original negotiated price. Then to add insult to injury after taking my “new” truck out of town with my family. I had to come right back to the dealership because my front tires had wires showing and the brakes were worn to almost nothing. So not only did they intentionally try to scam me but then they put my family’s lives at risk because they didn’t do a simple inspection that is required. Needless to say I will not be back and would recommend no one else go there either.
