Great buying experience from sales to service for regular maintenance. Jack knew what I wanted and helped me get it and the financing I needed. I'm a repeat customer to Jack. It's not about selling a car it's putting the customer first and making them happy. They have a great selection of new and used cars. Jack will help you and treat you right. Yuri was great. Quick. He knew what was available,answered all our questions. Didn't waste our time. We'll be back when we need another. With three drivers in the house this is our seventh Toyota over the last 23 years in multiple states. Wesley Chapel has our business now.

This was my first solo car-buying experience, and I was extremely pleased with the way I was treated at Wesley Chapel Toyota. During the test drive and afterward, every question I had was answered, and both Jack and John were very helpful. I have been driving my new Venza for a week and love it. I also appreciate the extra protection and value provided by the lifetime warranty. I would have to say my experience was truly exceptional!

Yuri Acosta has excellent customer service skills. He was very informative, patient, and gave me variouis options. Manager Kagan Sharpe was friendly and attempted to help me purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not fit my budget.
