Eric was great and I would recommend him to anyone. He was very helpful and worked with me until we made a deal. The truck seem to be great, I just received it, still learning and getting adjusted t it. I will buy from the Wesley Chapel dealer ship in the future. All the staff were very pleasant and courteous. Ray was wonderful. He was very patient and showed us all the options and accessories the car came with. He never pressured us to buy and was understanding when we said we wanted to shop around first. We went to other dealerships afterwards but ultimately came back to buy from Ray because of the customer service and the great price.

I am so happy with my car, the Scion FRS, and the service I received at Wesley Chapel Toyota. Michael went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find the car of my dreams and made the experience pleasant and painless. He answered all of my questions with patience and was very knowledgable about the car I was buying. I have nothing but great things to say about both Michael and Scott who helped me and I would highly recommend this dealership because I was blown away at the amazing customer service, friendliness, and passion these guys have about their cars.

Valentino Mandarino did an awesome job, he hooked us up three years ago with a Rav4 and now just recently he helped us tremendously with our new lease.

Yuri was extremely pleasant to deal with when we brought...

Yuri was extremely pleasant to deal with when we brought in our 2 leased vehicles for turn in. We ended up leasing another Toyota, but only after he spent 4 hours letting us drive several used vehicles as well. He was low pressure, friendly, answered our questions and if he could not answer, he found the answer from someone else. We will be back to this dealership in another 3 years, to do it all again!

Wonderful experience, no pressure, extremely...

Wonderful experience, no pressure, extremely knowledgeable and helpful in a relaxed environment. Tom Williamson was especially great to deal with, he took his time, explained everything and did not push once. I did not think that I would qualify for the vehicle that I chose ( I naturally fell in love with a much higher priced vehicle than my original budget) but Jaime and Chris came through with an affordable package and I am now driving my dream!

I recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota to anyone interested in a smooth, exceptional buying experience. Since the moment I arrived the first day, until we left with a 2013 Sports Tacoma 2 days later the staff made us feel at home and important. Scott LaVancher was EXTREMELY patient; showed no signs of aggravation under my constant questions and my undecided state; he was friendly but professional; and by the second day of our buying experience my girls ran to him and hugged him on arrival. Where else would you find that type of rapport? I never felt pressured to make a decision, and when I needed more guidance, Floor Manager Kagan came to the rescue. Kagan put some issues into perspective for me, gave me options, answered more questions, and made me feel like a human being, instead of another sale. After we signed all the papers (and the sale was official) Scott still took his time with me to show me how to use all the fabulous features on my new truck. Kudos to Wesley Chapel Toyota for the type of team they have created!!

Due to our credit circumstance, we believed our visit...

Due to our credit circumstance, we believed our visit 03/02/13 would be a non productive attempt to purchase a car. JosephCirillo was our salesperson , he took time to listen and discuss with us what to expect. He assured us he knew how to make this purchase work. He never lost sight of our credit restraints, minimal funds, car type needs and affordable payments needed; Once we went to the lot, he found us a possible car, immediately he had it down to 2 choices and he was right. He work our sales number with Mr Wargo who had the intent to make the purchase possible. We were able to get a car that is suitable for our needs, was financed for less than listed price and I'm amazed at the interest rate given. Wow, we have purchased many cars thorugh out 27 years, this time was to be the most difficult one given the credit issues we had to face; yet this procees was made comfortable through out, everyone was aware of our limitations and how we would feel- and made every step of the process a positive one. Lots of insightful information and encouragement was offered. We absolutely recommend the delearship and next time we are in need to pruchase a car we will stop there first. C & J Lorenzo

My experience was a good one. I now own a great Camry at...

My experience was a good one. I now own a great Camry at a reasonable price, along with good warranties. The only thing I disliked was getting my leather interior installed. No one informed me that my insurance would not cover a rental car, so when I was expected to have one and was not able to, I was extremely disappointed. Also, my leather was not installed right the first time. It was also rather difficult to get in contact with the manager who promised me they would contact me back. I have called several times including emails and never received even a courtesy call or email back. Overall, even with that being said, I love my car and my experience buying the car was a good one, and Joe was very accommodating to my needs.
