Very pricey for unnecessary charges and fees. Tried charging me extra for washing the car before picking it up. What a scam they have there.
Great place to buy a car. Bought a lexus from this dealership and the service was superb. From the time I entered the dealership to make inquiries ... to buying the car, the sales consultant made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. Will come again!!

Terrible customer service. Showed no interest in sharing the car details. Not at all interested in selling the car. Disrespectful of customers question.... Pathetic experience.
I'm the proud owner of a 2007 Lexus 400h that I recently had serviced at Bredermann Lexus. I've been visiting this service center for over a decade and... have purchased multiple cars from their dealership. I'm familiar with the staff there and how they operate. With that being said, they have went out of their way to make my life more difficult by removing my car from their registry without warning, no call backs after leaving several emails and voicemail messages, and out right lying after promising compensation for damage they admitted to during a car detailing job. A wireless cell phone charging mount was broken during my last visit, and they promised to compensate me for the damage in the amount of $20 which invoiced to them after I purchased it from Amazon. Jose Montanez and Jeff Kaddatz both assured me in person that everything would be settled, then they ignored my attempts to reach out shortly afterwards. Malinda Montanez seems to always tack on additional services that are not required for the car, and after I experienced trouble with the A/C unit, I called Malinda hoping she wills help me out. I left a message and tried multiple times to alleviate this issue, to no avail. Overall, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of professionalism shown by Lexus, and will be looking forward to speaking to one of the Bredemanns during my next visit. The staff in service has been negligent way too long and perhaps it's time for a change.
Clam, respectful and not pushy. But kept saying its a special car multiple times to create a 'fake' scarcity. I personally did not like that trick. It... almost felt like I am not going to sell this car kind of. Guess this dealership lost my business.
In the thirteen years I have getting my car services at Bredemann Lexus I have never been disappointed in the service I received from Jeff Kaddatz.
We came to Lexus Bredemann for the last minute and we got a deal for the new car. My experience at Lexus Bredemann was great! My agent Ric Santos was... excellent. No pressure at all compare to other dealer. I Would recommend him to anyone!

Never returned my phone call, overall terrible service. Gave me a used cup holder when I bought new one. They only care about money like any other dealership,... nothing special.
