Very professional and prompt, made process very simple and easy to follow regarding my vehicle purchase.

Great selection of high end luxury and exotics at very good prices. Ease of financing, only spent 45 minutes dealing with paperwork start to finish. Only reason for 4/5 stars is the brakes needed replaced immediately ($2500) and still waiting on a part for over a month. I will still use PAC again though!

One of the BEST experiences I’ve had buying a car online. Corey was phenomenal in keeping me updated with the car, its feature and transporting the vehicle since I was buying from out of state. He hooked it up with warranty packages, extra key, enclosed transportation. I purchased my 2021 Mercedes S580 from perfect auto and I will be buying a lot more cars from this dealership. The gentleman I dealt (I believe it was Ron) with was very nice and thorough. Was able to answer all my questions and sent me a video of the car as well. With the market now days they did give me a little off so I consider that as a win. Took about 1 week total to get so not bad at all seeing as it was shipped from Ohio to TX.

Hayk my Salesperson and Michael the finance manager have been great to me throughout this car buying process. Hayk was very responsive which was refreshing from the other dealers I was working with. Gave me numbers for my Corvette trade in over the phone and did a video walk around of the car I was interested in, showcasing everything on the new vehicle. Even went above and beyond to have their detail guy Jake touch up a spot on the vehicle for me. Car was shipped to me 600 miles away and picked up my trade in vehicle with a truck as well with very fair pricing on the shipping. Needless to say I am loving my new AMG GT63s. This dealer sold me a BMW M5 without disclosing the vehicle had a prior race tune which had caused BMW to VOID the warranty on the car. The tune was verified deleted by dealer prior to sale. The motor blew up within 30 days of receipt of the car. The motor cost $47k to replace and was not covered by warranty due to prior VOID. NONE of this was disclosed concerning tune or BMW warranty void. Owner of business said sue me Charlie no problem. I bought from out of state. This dealer is a CROOK and you have no clue what you are truly getting from them. Strongly encourage to buy anywhere but here!!!!

Prices on used vehicles are more expensive than brand new. No flex on pricing. Vehicles listed $5,000-$7,000 over true value Do not recommend wasting time negotiating
