As an update to my review posted on March 22. I had a lengthy discussion with Alan and Corey two weeks ago. It was on a recorded call, and during this, Corey promised the following - he would send me the missing 13 pages of the warranty coverage - he would contact DOWC and make me whole for the cost of the warranty repairs for which DOWC wouldn't pay (cost of $1460.44 due to difference between dealer labor rate/book hrs vs. what DOWC would pay, sales tax). This would be confirmed on Monday by phone. Corey asked that I take down my previous review if he resolved these issues. As you would anticipate from reading this, Corey did absolutely nothing, and so the update. In addition, Alan again promised to send a gas card to reimburse me for the cost of filling up with gas as the car wasn't filled when I trailered it home. Needless to say, another hollow promise. The actions and the promised call back did not happen If these two are prepared to make promises on a recorded line and then fail to follow up, you cannot trust them. These are the actions I would anticipate from a "buy here, pay here" operation, not a luxury car dealer.

Alan was an excellent salesperson! My career has been in sales and spent over half my career at IBM managing sales teams. Alan was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, even took closeup photos I had questions about on the vehicle. When I decided to delay my purchase, Alan was very understanding, not the high pressure tactic, I don't like to be sold, I like to buy. When I was ready and contacted Alan he made the transaction very simple, took care of shipping, and couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Alan and Perfect Auto Collection

On saturday 2-1-26 we picked up our 2019Honda sport, which I purchased from Alan with help from Cory.The vehicle was showroom clean.Alan answered all our questions,even ordered and extra keyand touch up paint.Our grandson drove his vehicle back to collegeSunday.I would recomend this dealership to my friends and family.The ride to Akron was well worth it, 45 minutes.I am 82 years and have never seen so many clean exoic cars.Jay Linall would be jealous.I hope I will not be sorry.Tkank you again Alan and Cory.

Stay away from these people... Purchased Mercedes S 65, no paperwork, wrong tires on vehicle, gas cap would not open when delivered.. I am now being ghosted and they will not return calls.. Hoping to keep someone else from going through this.. Salesman Michael, pushed off on Corey Manager than owner who could not speak where you could understand him..

I purchased and Bentley. Every single person at the dealership who helped was first class. I had already checked the thinking about the dealership on AI. They got great reviews. The followed through for me Sent my car to DC.

Had an awesome experience at Perfect Auto Collection. Corey was great to work with and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. Picked up a 2019 BMW i8 and the car was even better than I expected — super clean and in great shape. Corey was knowledgeable, responsive, and made sure everything got done quickly. If you’re looking for a high end ride, definitely check this place out and ask for Corey.
