I had my Lexus serviced at Santa Fe Lexus. The service manager did a good job describing the repairs and the cost of the repairs.

This dealership is so great.

This dealership is so great. The driver's window of my 450h got a rock through it while visiting Santa Fe. I was alone and had to drive home the next day, but the car wasn't drivable with the glass all over everything. It was towed to Lexus of Santa Fe and left in their lot before they even opened the next morning. It was going to take until the next day to get a replacement window, and I really needed to get home--over 8 hours away. They got busy and got my car cleaned up with a temporary covering on the window for me. Had me out by noon. What I love is that I was a stranger to them. Didn't buy my car there, and wasn't going to get the window replaced there, but they still did everything they could to get me on the road home. I doubt I will ever see them again, but they are so awesome in my book. How a business treats repeat customers is a good measure. This business treats strangers they won't see again with great service. I will always be grateful to them.
