Overallgreat experience, guys have nice optionsfor cars. Was working with VictorIA, got approved with 0 credit and 2000$ down, 40 minutes get out with the new car. Very happy with the purchase so far

DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I came to this dealership and worked with Victoria, and the first car I tried to purchase my bank (navy federal) would not approve the transaction due to a “red flag” on the car fax. I returned the next day to see the original car i came to see. This car had a clean car fax, and the bank approved it. Took it home, and the very next day the car was over heating within ten minutes of driving it. This was less than 24 hours after buying the car which was a 2011 Nissan Altima. The car also didn’t pass VA state inspection, and I had them place in the contract to have it pass the inspection. I called the dealership to let them know I was bringing the car back, and that I already put a stop payment on my check so they couldn’t cash it. Victoria told me she needed to transfer me to her sale manager who just sent me to voicemail. I left a message with him and then called the office back again to talk to someone and they sent me to voicemail once again. I showed up about three hours after those two calls, and told them that I was returning the vehicle and would not be purchasing it. Victoria once again told me I need to speak to her manager. I told her the check will not clear. By VA law a dealership cannot sell a car to you that hasn’t passed state inspection, so regardless the sale was not valid. It took the manager 20 minutes to come to me and he then took another 10 minutes calling the bank to make sure they couldn’t cash my check before coming out and letting me know I was good and I just needed to write a letter saying that I was returning the car and that auto motion let me return the car. I have no doubt that is I hadn’t stopped the check before they cashed it they would’ve tried to lie to me and say I couldn’t return it. DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Went for a car here, Victoriia was absolutely phenomenal, a pleasure to work with the entire process through, and made things super simple for my father and I. Her customer service skills were top notch. 10/10

These guys are great, good customer relation and all round .. Viktoria and Isaac are really helpful… best in the area by far would totally recommend them to anyone anyday, I’m going back for my Yaris because of their customer service.

The customer service I received from the company was excellent. Most especially, the worker, Isaac. He made the whole experience very quick and smooth for me. If all the workers in the company have such good work ethics like Isaac possesses, am sure the number of customers would increase drastically.
