Victoria from Auto Motion was truly helpful and amazing in August. She was able to put me into a 2017 Honda Civic. She was also able to get a approval from my fiancé for a new car as well. if you guys are looking for a new car definitely come to Auto Motion and ask for Victoria. Well it’s January now and once again, she did magic and put us in our 2nd car. This suv is super amazing. Thank you god helping us complete out goals. Had a great Experience at Automotion, I came in very late with the intent on purchasing a car thinking I may not drive out with the car I’m dreaming of , but worth the shot! And I can DEFINITELY say I AM SOO HAPPY I MADE THE DECISION TO WALK INTO THIS PLACE. The guys were very friendly, kind & super professional got to job of trying to fulfill my hopes in driving out in the car I WANTED and they DID JUST THAT! These guys got straight to it and actually made it one of the best birthdays for me (I came in on my birthday after having a lousy day in hopes of trying to get my car from a different place ,bad experience) BUT ANYWHO I’m overall satisfied with the customer service.

Very nice people, good place. I was looking for a while to purchase and main concern was MD inspection and registration. They got me MD registration. Car passed MD inspection no issues. Have car for 2 months now,overall very satisfied.

To begin with, it was super difficult to find a good car. I spent days searching, looking for all models etc. I live in Chantilly and didn’t had a car to drive,so I took Uber and was walking around the area to each dealership. ( it lots of them there). All these small shady dealers, trying to push their dirty bad condition cars.. not good experience .. I saw one car not bad, and then they said they dont have financing on the side, so i need to go somewhere else to get my financing.. WITHOUT a car. not my way.. Then I found in internet same car, lower mileage but the price was cheaper on 1000$ in Auto Motion. 1000$ CARL! I called them, Victoria picked up the phone and when I told her that I will be coming and dont have a car, she said Dont worry I ll pick you up, which was very nice from her side, not making me to go on cold weather. So I looked at the car, test drove it for 20 minutes. No pushing, no limits in time, as she told: just make sure you like it. I took my time and it was definitely the car I want! Also I met another customer there, he told he has one car from Auto Motion and he is looking for second one for his daughter from them too. So it put me in a mood, that it`s a good place to buy. My next problem was financing. But as it figured out it`s not a problem at all with Auto Motion. My credit is not good at all, I would say bad.. and I had only 1000$ downpayment, but I got approved! Yeah:) Financing is on a spot, super easy. Literally it took 30-40 minutes for us to sign all papers and to get a car. One more thing, I was able to put full coverage warranty on the car for 24 month, which was also one of my main concerns. Hope I will not use it, but it is great to have this option. It`s a long review, but I have a lot to say) Thank you auto Motion, Victoria for help. it was so easy and so great after all bad experience I had with another dealerships !
