Milton and Alexis were a pleasure to deal with. Alexis went out of his way to find me the perfect truck I was looking for and was patient and took his time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The salesman Cody Whaley was very pleasant to work with which made our experience great as well as the young man in Financing, did not get his name. Cody was never pushy, selected a vehicle to show us that was well within the price range and style my son was looking for. He kept us updated periodically while waiting on loan approval. 2021 Silverado 3500 dually

The salesman, Justin was really easy going, but new. The back and forth and hours on end, extremely frustrating and seemed like they didn’t have their act together. Had a small issue with one sales manager who was rude and patronizing, and almost cost them the sale. Don’t expect a lot out of the detail shop, brand new Truck looked like crap, still had mudd and bird poo on the truck. Other than that, finance guy was very nice, other sales manager was great and Justin did a great job for being new. They did give us amazing deal for our trade in

Bought an F150 at Dan Cummins

Here’s the deal bought an F150 seen a lot of repairs needed to be done but it was going to be a work truck so no problem.So as we we’re doing the paperwork on one sheet it was pointed out that I had 72 hrs to return it than another we’re it was a transmission warranty I think and at bottom doesn’t qualify but the guy pointed out I had 72 hrs and nothing was marked I signed not think nothing of it cause they were explaining everything as we went. Fast forward to 55 hrs has pasted second day we get a storm so we stop work early and I noticed water was pouring in back window seal was leaking which nothing was mentioned weather they new (sure they did ) or not who knows so I take it back in and asked what can they do I mean I’d been fine if they made it right by giving me money back or fixing that not out of cost to me but I also mentioned the 72 hr that was made clear to me by the sales person so they go back print the paper work of and they hand me three sheets that they never gave me and should have at the beginning and the sheet that had the 72 hrs I mentioned that had no marks I noticed had been marked afterwards my guess while I was there marked doesn’t qualify my guess isn’t that some type of legal concern marking something after the signing after the person has done left not explaining there was a mistake I will not go back and my advice is check everything and get copy’s of everything and big tip take pictures of all paperwork that way if they withhold any an your not sure if you got them all at least you got the photos

Great buying experience

Was looking for a vehicle to replace a 2003 Chevrolet Venture Extended Van. We came to DC location in Georgetown and was met by Kaleb Mattox who took his time and showed us several vehicles after we explained what we were looking for. We looked at several and decided to come home and do some research on the vehicles we were considering on purchasing. We returned the next day and Kaleb spent several hours showing us our options and we finally came to an agreement on the price. The wife decided on a 2018 Toyota Rav4 Limited, the vehicle had everything she was wanting. We also chose it for the Toyota reliability and safety ratings. Kaleb was extremely patient, knowledgeable and extremely cordial. He then sent us to the finance officer to finalize the deal. Kelly Slade completed the paperwork and answered any and all of our questions. He also was very cordial and patient in explaining all of the financial documents. These two made our entire purchase process stress free and enjoyable. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle I would definitely recommend DC in Georgetown and ask for Kaleb Mattox as salesman and Kelly Slade in finance. Thanks to you both.

Good Experience

Brad our sales guy was great to work with. Very pleased with our deal for a used vehicle. Vehicle was cleaned prior to taking it home and I realize it is late winter but could have been more thorough and a couple scratches turned out to be dirt when I got it home and cleaned it myself. Would definitely recommend this dealer and would do business again.
