Will never buy from them again!

Sales guy was great and had a decent experience buying the vehicle. Less than a month of buying the truck I had to replace the alternator, the blend door actuator. After less than a year of owning the truck it stopped running all together. The warranty wouldn't cover anything and I could not get anyone from the dealership to talk to me. I left message after message and no one would answer or call back. The sales guy even went to his manager and he refused to call me. The dealership that replaced the engine said he had never seen anything like it, and there was no way that Dan Cummins dealership didn't know there was something wrong with the truck's engine. I will never do business with them again and that's a shame with as many kids as I have that will need a car at some point.

I bought a 2016 R/T Scat Pack from them. I initially didn’t think the deal was going to happen due to a malfunctioning taillight. After some back and forth the service department fixed it and I signed the paperwork. I got the extended bumper to bumper warranty along with the diamond ceramic protection. The finance person that I dealt with was great. All the staff are friendly and try to take care of you. I ended up waiting an extra two hours at the dealership and because of the light ordeal and time associated with it they threw in an extra fob as the car only had one. I’d recommend them. Just like any dealer though you have to play the game when negotiating.
