I have been a customer of Ben Franklins since I moved here to Tennessee and was assisted in many ways. If I needed repairs, last minute help, financing or another new vehicle the staff , Ray Gilmore and Sharon Aimes were so professional helpful and attentive to my needs and expectations. We have had nothing but trouble since the day we went there, we bought a truck and left in it got down the road and we call them and tell them something is wrong. Drove it the next day and it catches on fire, we spend a lot of money on it, then trade it back to them because they were going to give all our money back ,that was a LIE .and now a month later we are still having to get our truck financed. The worst place I have ever dealt with. Amy in the finance department is terrible.

Credit does matter we put 4,000 down and ended up with a 2007 Ford Edge. Not what we were promised at all I don’t think its based on anything but the two men in the front . I overheard an older man taking to a sales guy about a deal the mom was going to co sign with great credit. The older man told the sales guy that it was way too much car for the guy . It’s very wrong to mislead people just to get them to come in . I even asked the sales guy if we were still getting the 2015 Kia Sorento and he said yes . We are going to make it happen but it was all lies

The spiel on the radio about $4500 to the buyer is an outright lie. Yes I was approved and turned down their deal. They wanted to sell me a higher priced car than I was looking for. They claimed ignorance of the radio ad and wanted me to pay cash down. Blatant false advertising. Buyer Beware!!!! I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

JJ hooked me up with a most legendary ride for an incredible price. I really look up to this man and hope I can reach his level of performance.

Ashley had us financed everything went wrong she didn't send everything in that we gave her she no longer work's there .Jamie the other manager he not worth nothing either won't return your calls the whole place is a joke people just run away from this place

Buying a truck trade one in plus down payment keep getting run around on cant prove work status when ive give numbers and check stubs on my secound drive out tag which is illegal plus ther should be a law on charging someone such high rates now still havent payed my trade in off even tho its posted at ther lot for sale even after i told them just trading mine in still wanted money down i wish id never stepped foot in ther i will be contacting a lawyer monday so if deal dont go threw which is crap i want my truck and down payment back u people supposed to be christan oriented i feel for u when u will have to answer for your wrong doings far as the vehicle im supposed to be getting it is a good vehicle i will say that the main thing dont sale a vehicle then say u cant finance it after leaving with it and a month goes by

we got a 2017 Ford fusion with a trade-in and 500 down we drove the car for 2 weeks when we went to pay the $500 down they informed us that somehow our bank loan didn't go through and they needed $4,000 down and immediately repossess the car from us now we're out $200 for the insurance we paid on the car and back to our old vehicle. We we're never informed that there was any possibility that the loan wasn't approved. Why would we have the car? And when they found out that the down payment had drastically changed no one called to inform us....shady business. Also Ashley the one who got us the loan in the first place is no where to be found. Dissatisfied is an understatement.

Car we got tore up the next day. Paid $600 down was refused money back or another vehicle. Bridgette salesman was unprofessional and very rude. Never buy another junk car here run fast
