I went back and worked with Tony who….was… AMAAAAAZING! He never hesitated to answer my questions, didn’t avoid them or use any sales tactics! He was very matter of fact and if anything really went to bat for me when talking to finance getting my GAP included in the negotiation! If anyone is wanting a straight forward experience I would suggest working with Tony. His office is right by the coffee machine! I also have to give some love the Finance Director Jay who more than made up for not charging me the correct down payment when I signed but instead gave me a full tank of gas to offset the $15 credit card fee! Be sure to do your service with this rm also and they send you coupons for discounted service and oil changes so there’s no need to go where if a synthetic oil change is costing you 29.99 and free the month of your bday!

After becoming frustrated due to poor service for the past several years at Nissan of the Avenues, I switched to Nissan of Orange Park to service my 2017 Nissan Rogue. Right from the start I was impressed with the professional and courteous way I was treated upon entering the service area. Robert checked me in and my service advisor was Whitney. Whitney was absolutely amazing and later got me a vehicle to use when it turned out my car would take a few days to repair. The rental ended up needing a tire repaired so I waited. In the waiting room, Mark Herrera introduced himself and we started talking about new vehicles. I had no intention of buying a new car, but after test driving the new Rogue and Mark finding the color I was interested in, I changed my mind! The whole process was amazing. Mark was wonderful and worked to help me get the car of my dreams! He did everything to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Mark was as excited as I was to get me into this vehicle!
