Ok dealer ship, but poor customer care.
Ok dealer ship, but poor customer care. Once they make a sell, that is it. They want nothing else to do with you after the sell, especially if it's a use vehicle. I called around 5 times concerning the title of a use vehicle I purchase there, and every time they would say someone will call you back, no one ever did. The reason I called was because I went to DMV 5 weeks after purchase to get the title, and I was told the dealer has not submitted paperwork. Returning calls should be part of customer care, people call for a reason.
