Took my car in for oil change. They accidentally took a car ahead of me for service. The guy came out to apologize., He offered their free oil change, which I think was included in my lease package. Gave me a card for a free car wash. Appointment at 11am Left at 1pm. Kind of funny.

Really bad customer service! They blame another service shop for there negligence of inspecting a vehicle! I think it’s a shame that a dealership that size can be so cheap and petty!!!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾I will never do business with them again NEVER!!!!!!!!
