David was super friendly.

David was super friendly. I waited for my car and it was not a long wait at all. I will keep going back to this dealership.

Steven was great to work with.

Steven was great to work with. He followed up right away through text with any questions I had. Through no fault of his, though, I was stuck at the dealership on both days for a few hours waiting: the first one, the vehicle was to be delivered at a certain time, but I ended up waiting an extra hour or so because it was late. The second time was for the paperwork to be delivered. Was supposed to be delivered at 330 but didn't arrive until around 530. Both times, Steven kept looking and calling for updates. He was great to work with, it was just a little disappointing waiting.

Been going to this dealership for the past six months the

Been going to this dealership for the past six months the service has been excellent. Dave is my service advisor. I must say he’s one of the best service advisor I’ve had in the many decades of owning cars. He always keeps me up-to-date and is well informed about my vehicle. They were able to recently fix an intermittent problem with my air conditioning, It once quite frustrating but they’re shop foreman Brian figured it out. I was quite grateful as I have a Bee allergy and open windows make me nervous while driving. I can recommend them without reservation.

I was in last week for an inspection.

I was in last week for an inspection. Made a 9 am appointment. It took till 1145 to be done. The service advisor never kept me informed as to why it took so long. Never came out to talk to me like they usually do. Finally at 11 called me on my phone. Kind of disappointing as usually great customer service
