Overall, we had a good experience with this dealership and the people we worked with. The service was fast and friendly without any pressure and offered really good dealer discounts. We greatly appreciated that the dealer addons were optional and that we were not forced to get them. Adam gave us all the rebates and discounts available which we greatly appreciated. We especially had a good experience with our sales rep named Carlos Carter and the finance person we had, which we don't remember his name. Carlos was very helpful in answering all our questions and we really enjoyed his sense of humor and all his efforts in helping us. We would rate Carlos and the finance person with all 5 stars. We also appreciated that the finance person didn't try to sell us a bunch of added insurance and additional warranties on our new vehicle. He also was very friendly and explained everything well, as well as, making the overall process fast and efficient..

Just purchased a new CX-9 and I will say the experience was well above average. The car was priced fairly, however like most dealers these days, they add on a pack that is priced quite high for what you get. But that appears to be the norm these days. What made the transaction very enjoyable was our sales person, Carlos Carter. Very pleasant and no pressure at all. I would most definitely suggest that you ask for Carlos if shopping at the dealership. I would definitely shop hear again.
