My daughter recently visited this dealership after graduating from college and needing transportation while she started her life in the "real world." Although I was unable to be there in person, I was able to assist via phone and computer. I spoke with Garrett Anthens, one of the Sale Professionals there the day before her appointment and felt good about him. He did not sound insincere or slimy, like so many salespeople do. I got a good feel for him and he was able to help my daughter during her appointment the very next day. Our intent was to leave the dealership that very day with a new vehicle at a great price. After he patiently worked with my daughter and helped answer her questions and quell her concerns, we were able to make the purchase of a vehicle at a great rate and financed through Mazda, which gave us an interest rate much lower than the Banks or Credit unions. Ian Parker was the F&I manager who I was able to speak with and he too seemed very trustworthy and ethical. He wasn't trying to upsell my daughter using pressure tactics and was open and upfront with any concerns she and I had. I was able to help her finalize the transaction that very day and she was able to leave the dealership driving her (literally) brand new Mazda CX-5. She is the happiest woman still today and raves about her experience at Mark Mazda, specifically because of the way they treated her there. I consider Garrett and Ian new friends and appreciate how they treated my daughter. I'm surprised I don't see them listed in the employees with their photos. Camera-shy, I guess, lol. Mahalo, guys, and keep on treating your customers well. I will definitely send anyone I know of there your way. Raves to these two gentlemen and I hope Mark Auto Group will take the time to recognize what they have.

I went in to look at a specific vehicle; however, the SUV
I went in to look at a specific vehicle; however, the SUV has been sold. Our salesman Lamarcus Reed was extremely helpful and quickly located another SUV that fit my needs. Negotiations went pretty smoothly with Lamarcus’s help and I was thankful for his assistance and layback demeanor.
