Oil change.

Was done very quickly, was done in an hour. Checked everything thoroughly, told me what needed to be done in the future. Always a good experience.

Tracy Friedman in the service department was, very polite, professional and knowledgeable. The Service department fixed my problem with my windshield wipers fast. Thanks Gary.

Wonderful experience

The sales staff was very helpful and found ways to get me the car I wanted for the amount I wanted to pay. I never felt pressured to buy. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Mostly positive.

I believe that I got a great deal on the truck that I selected. Thanks to Jonathan and Dan for their help in finding a great truck for me. My only disappointment was the offer for my trade in but I didn't want to go through the hassle of selling it myself so I took the offer.

Great dealership

Best dealership everand have not experienced a better one yet since moving from another Chevy dealership. Im happy with my service and staff is always friendly and helpful. Joe Vitale is always great too!

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Pleasant/helpful personnel, repairs are done quickly/right the first time, and with every visit the mechanic always performs a complimentary check-up on your car, including the tires, to confirm there are no other issues needing attention. The customer is given a copy of the completed report so you know if you need a wheel alignment, new brakes, tires need to be replaced, etc.

Purchase of a new Chevy Tahoe

I was very pleased with the way things went at your Pat O'Brien Chevy dealership. Our salesman Mark J. Platzar was very helpful and showed no pressure applied. Mark also worked very hard to get the numbers to reach my goal. I've been to other dealerships and looked at several other vehicles but couldn't get together. As it turned out, we not only got a better vehicle, we also got a much better deal. I'm very happy with our Chevy Tahoe. Mark did a great job. I was very happy with price of the Tahoe, and trade-in value of my old Chevy Tahoe.
