I couldn’t be more disappointed with this dealership.

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this dealership. I loved the 2025 C8 Corvette they have on their lot and was a serious buyer. However, I was met with a young salesman that knew nothing about the car and despite having an appointment the car was filthy with a dead battery and dirty finger prints on the slate gray interior. I really can’t understand why the dealership would put an inexperienced salesman, Brendan, trying to sell me a $90,000 car when he possessed no knowledge of the car and certainly didn’t have the car cleaned or prepared for a buyer! This is not what you’d expect when wanting to spend near $100k. But, hey why should anyone expect superior customer service when buying a car!

I went in for an oil change, tire, rotation, and interior

I went in for an oil change, tire, rotation, and interior and exterior detailing. This was my first experience with SERPENTINI. Niko Wagner took care of me. He was very pleasant, professional, and explained things well. When my car was finished and it was time for me to leave he walked me out to my car to check out the interior detailing job and followed Up with his manager before I left, because he thought they could’ve done a better job. After pulling my vehicle back into the shop for a quick redo, I left extremely pleased. I appreciated his integrity. What a great representation of Serpentini.
