Posted my extremely clean Alfa Romeo on FB market.

Posted my extremely clean Alfa Romeo on FB market. They contacted me, price was 22.5. Drove it there, test drove a jeep. Started working a deal they low balled me for 14k which they never stated but I worked out ( even tho I asked several times to see the numbers) they offered me 33.5 out the door for the jeep and to take it off my hands including the 5 grand extra I owed. They still wouldn’t comment on the jeeps current condition or show me the full number breakdown. Called talked to a Manager asked him to see it so we could finalize. Mind you , I’m a veteran of Iraq / Afghan & I take seriously the reviews I leave and I do a lot of them as you can tell. Most are 5 stars, But being treated like this after 2 weeks they finally told me today they sold the jeep. Yes there is meat 🥩 to this story that there is not room for. Bottom line they didn’t pull the car or tell me they sold it. They refused to answer anything after, even said they would find me another jeep, they just went ghost like a 15 year old girlfriend that found a hot guy with a nicer car. I turned down better cash offers and ignored other dealers because I thought we had a deal. Bottom line don’t trust them until you have the keys. Because we had been finalizing this deal for over a week and their system went down so they “couldn’t send me anything / or view the numbers” but they sure figured out that they sold the jeep and then tried to push something 3 years older with 40k more miles for the same deal on me. What a slap in the face and I’m a disabled vet, drove 2 hours for the appraisal. Mind you THEY CONTACTED ME. They asked me to bring that car to them. Basically assured me they would work this deal and then low balled me and sold the car out from under me. Seriously what a joke! Ya your reply makes it even worse because both of those statements are totally false. You would not even tell me your offer, you tried to hide it in a lump price for the whole sha bang and tried to get me to agree to it. When I asked for the numbers and was assured I would receive them… I never got them. We were 1765$ apart. And I offered to split the difference. Your people asked me If could send 800$ cash, but I wanted to know the conditions of the because I was out of state. I was promised a video of the car which I never received. You offered me 12k for a vehicle worth 19-21 BB and I was willing to take it but you couldn’t even agree the tires would be safe and the oil would be changed. First they suggested they would give me a discounted shipping and veteran discount and they failed on those offers as well WITH ZERO EXPLANATION. That reply made me so seriously disgusted I am now going to surely call as far up the chain as I can as well as file this with the BBB. I have every failed promise Saved in my phone Including initially suggesting THE WHOLE 1765 could be taken care of ( which I guess is considered way off on a 55k deal) seriously your reply stinks of someone who knows nothing about the deal and blatantly made their company look terrible by trashing a customer with no knowledge of the deal. I listed the car for 22k so you knew my asking when you said “ we are very much interested please bring it in” and yet I was willing to budge cuz I need a Jeep for my RV so I can tow something easily cuz I’m a disabled vet and cannot be hooking something onto a dolly every week. But you knew that and promised to take care of all of this and then didn’t have the nerve to even tell me you sold the car. I was promised even THIS MORNING the car was there and the deal was on. I have all this proof in my phone your reply is unprofessional and shows what a shady place you are. The manager can post replies but can’t call back customers. I tried to discuss all of this before I resorted to this post but they don’t want to face how they wasted two weeks of my time and apologize for their mistake.

I came in with an idea of the vehicle I wanted, found it, and the whole sales experience was very smooth, no pressure, and very fair on my trade-in. I never had a feeling like I had to be super vigilant or uneasy in any way, I felt very comfortable that I was in a solid place of business, and the people were very friendly, helpful, patient, and competent. Overall a very nice experience and I'm very happy with my car! Jessica my sales agent was attentive, explained things very well, and made me feel confident I was in good hands.

Went there to test drive a car.

Went there to test drive a car. 10 mins into being there and all of the sudden someone was "test driving" it. Left and drive by 5 mins later and saw it in the back hiding.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree like father like son. American and rip-off artists don't ever go serpentini. Chevrolet, especially in West lake, Ryan serpentini promised to take care of an isdude only to find out the same issue was not taken care of. What a joke. 00 rating. On this place, do yourself a favor go anywhere, but don't go to serpentini. They are the serpents of the Underworld car sales.

Excellent service and attentive to questions from the moment I arrived, till I left. Jessica Vance was approachable and engaging. She made the visit and purchase very relaxed and efficient. Willie Dies was also able to get me in and out the same day with paperwork, allowing me to leave with my new Trax! Great work all round.

Great experience at Serpentini of Westlake!

Great experience at Serpentini of Westlake! Edgardo was an excellent salesman that helped us pick the right truck. He was open and honest as well. Ross in finance was great to work with as well to help simplify the paperwork. Would recommend!

I traded in a Nissan Altima and bought a used truck.

I traded in a Nissan Altima and bought a used truck. The negotiations took three separate trips. The initial trade in offer was tremendously low compared to other dealerships, in the meantime they raised the price of the truck online, I was told since I had outside financing I had to pay the new online MSRP price. We eventually came to an agreement with trade in and price of the truck. We were told the paperwork (memorandum title/trade in pay off) would be completed within 2 weeks. The truck smelt like cigarettes and was muddy so I asked if it would be detailed before purchasing, salesman ensured us it would be done. When I took possession, the inside still smelled like an ashtray the only thing they did was wash on the outside. There were personal items from the previous owner under the seats. When we spoke with the manager about it not being detailed all he did was apologize. After a few weeks without getting my memorandum title, I wanted to touch base so I placed a call to them and was told that their “title office was slow”. The following day I received a text and email from Ross that we needed to “provide him with a check or line of credit, if not we will need the vehicle brought back to us by end of day.” I then called him and he explained to me that they lost my file with the paperwork and check info that my credit union sent them. It took them 3 weeks to figure out they lost my file! I then resent them my line of credit and he told me he would submit it. In the meantime my trade in was not paid off so I was getting payment reminder calls. The following week marked a month, still no memorandum title or payment to pay off my trade in. Next day I received my memorandum title in the mail. Still nothing with trade it pay off. I called them again to follow up and I was told they were going to overnight a check to my trade in credit union. Overall a horrendous experience with a well known dealership with no accountability or standing behind their word on what condition my truck was going to be in when I purchased it
