After a horrible experience with Zeigler Chevrolet of Schaumburg I refused to go to another dealer after that debacle. Then I found a mini Cooper S at Driven Auto of Waukegan and texted with Umair. Never felt pressured, hassled, or anything. Unair was very nice, down to earth, no pressure , they made money I shed money and got a car I have wanted for years. I could have saved a few hundred dollars somewhere else but got a warranty, a payment, and insurance that all fits my budget, and I finnaly did something nice for myself thanks to Umair, Omar, and the entire Driven Auto Family. You have a client for life.

I was looking for particular vehicle ( BMWX1) I called and salesperson Alex V was very helpful - he gave me great info over the phone and followed up with all my questions ( I from out of state). When I went to Waukegan location , Alex had the car waiting. It was priced fairly , the purchase process went smoothly and I’m happy with my new car. I would recommend and I would buy from Driven again.

4 Hours ago I had high hopes. Stephania was great over email after I found the car. I traveled 300 miles to the dealer, and the car was in the shop getting new struts. The sales person told me they were just inspecting the car. Twice he told me. The manager told me the car was actually in need of new struts, that was the reason it was in the shop being disassembled. The car also had a small issue with the manual shifter, not returning to center in neutral, salesman told me it's supposed to be like that. I offered to make a deposit to hold the car, and was told I could only make a down payment. After the suspension and shifter issues were fixed I called again (the same day) to purchase the car, and now apparently someone put a deposit or a down payment on it. Whatever, keep the car.

This is an awesome dealership with great customer service, straight forward business with no games involved. Highly recommended for your next Quality Preowned Auto purchase.
