Hector called me about a van. I told him that I wanted it and offered to give a deposit. He assured me that wasn't necessary and it would be no problem holding the car as I was already pre-approved for a loan. He assigned me to a salesperson who I contacted to confirm the appointment to pick up the vehicle. A friend and I took the afternoon off work to pick up the car just to be told when we go there that they just sold the car to someone else. No apologies or explanation. They have the worst customer service and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. They CAN NOT be trusted.
