MILANDS HONDA USED CAR DEALERSHIP

I WAS TREATED POORLY BY THE STAFF, THEY ALL MADE A DIFFERENCE IN ME UPON ARRIVAL. THE VAN I BOUGHT WAS NOT CLEANED PROPERLY. THE ONLY THING THEY DID WAS GIVESAME DAY DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE, ONLY WHEN I WTHHELD THE CHECK. I CALLED THE SALES PERSON BEFORE THE CHECK GOT CUT TO GET THE VAN CLEANED IT DIDNT HAPPENED,AND STILL NOT PROPERLY CLEANED.

Oil change and tire rotation

Troy was my service attendant and his service and attentiveness was excellent!!!! He made sure to keep me updated on the process of my car getting serviced as well as going out of his was to ensure that everything went smooth.

Are you looking for a dependable car and great customer service? Look no other than Midlands Honda. My experience was phenomenal and even more amazing because this is my second vehicle purchase. My salesman James Pratt was the epitome of great customer service and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle I purchased. He provided great information on every feature of the vehicle, what each feature means, he showed me everything I needed to know about my car to make sure I was comfortable while driving home. I'm forever grateful and thankful for this experience and most of all, I had the opportunity to work with an awesome salesperson. Thanks again Mr. James Pratt You Rocked That Sale!!!

I received great service from Midlands Honda. This was the first time I had brought my car to Midlands and the team there were fantastic! They provided a Lyft to my house and then provided a ride back to the dealership once the service was done. I would highly recommend Midlands Honda service for anyone who has a Honda product.

Ask for Junior Robinson!

Our salesman, Charles "Junior" Robinson was so very courteous and helpful! We drove to Columbia from two hours away so we didn't want to be hit with hidden fees when we got there. He was helpful in negotiating a price over the phone and sticking to it when we got there. He was very knowledgeable of the CR-V we were buying and all Honda products. He went over in detail all the new features of our CR-V during the test drive. It was late when we finished with the finance department (hours after closing) and even the detail department workers had gone home so he detailed the car HIMSELF! And he stayed around to explain all the features and to make sure to answer all our questions. If you're going to buy a car from Midlands Honda, ask for Junior. He'll take good care of you.

Good Experience
