Terrible dealership that does not stand behind their...

Terrible dealership that does not stand behind their cars. Worst customer service I've ever seen in any business. Bought a car that failed within the first 6 months and was shuffled from one person to the next when I tried to deal with it. Randy, the manager, constantly cut me off when I was trying to speak and then actually hung up on me. Do yourself a favor and NEVER, EVER, buy a car from these jerks!

I am truly sorry for the problems you have experienced. You purchased this used vehicle over six months ago. This vehicle was purchased as is without a warranty. When you contacted us about the problems with the vehicle you refused to allow our technician (who has experience with that brand of vehicle) to look at the car and instead insisted that your mechanic was right about the problem. We also offered to buy the car back from you and you never responded to that offer. We feel that we did our due diligence in dealing with your problem, but you were not willing to work with us.

We have had a great experience at Midland's service department for our Honda Accord. We were more than pleased with the sales experience as well when we were looking for a new van. We really appreciated all of the assistance Mark Rossi gave us. He is very pleasant and easy to work with. We will certainly be recommending him to others.

I called the sales team at Midlands Honda looking for a nice used Honda Ridgeline; they followed up when they found exactly what I was looking for. Mark Rossi did a great job of making sure that the car was what I wanted, and in great shape, fully serviced when I picked it up. It was worth the 100 mile trip from Charleston.

Wonderful attitude. Great dealership. Very helpful and informative. Very prompt, conducting almost all work over the phone and across the internet. This allowed us to show-up (a 1 hour drive from our residence) on a busy Saturday morning, view/drive the car, and complete the necessary paperwork. Very knowledgeable sales representative. Maureen asked the right questions and led us to select the CR-V that most met our personal needs and preferences. Her persistance paid off as we originally had one model in mind but she convinced us that the "up-sell" version was a better deal while better meeting our exacting requirements. My only criticism of our buying experience is the time it took from beginning to end. We exceeded 5 hours wading through the beauracy before we ever got to the car keys and the handshake. Maureen is a true professional and we enjoyed being "sold" by her.

Can't say enough good about this dealership. For once I...

Can't say enough good about this dealership. For once I wasn't pressured from the moment I walked in with some salesman following me around. If that happens I usually walk away. Willie was great about showing the car to my wife and getting her in for a test ride. I had to get the thing hurried through also since I had appointments the next day and when I saw the finance guy he sped me through the process and the next day all I had to do was sign the papers and put the money down. Unfortunately for Kasey Green, he had to spend two hours showing my wife how everything worked in the car...so Kasey spent more time showing her how to run the car as to the time I spent buying the thing. Great experience and next car will be from Midlands Honda.

Richard Corneilus was our sales representative, and he did an outstanding job for us. We appreciated his friendliness and honesty, and we did not feel like we were being pressured. He called me on my cell phone a couple of times. He did a great job, and walked us through every step of the way. I would recommend this dealership to others.

Our experience at Midlands Honda was by far the best, most pleasant one we have ever encountered when purchasing a car. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. Our sales person was very personable, insightful, and very knowledgeable. There wasn't any high pressure sales tactics used, which always results in us walking off the lot. It was refreshing to finally find a friendly, professional, and understanding sales person. Her patience and sense of humor were also a welcome change from our past experiences with other dealers. I would highly recommend Midlands Honda to our friends and relatives. I was also impressed by the neatness of the service area and the very comfortable facility. TOP NOTCH!!

My visit to Midlands Honda Was Awesome!! I Saw My Baby On The Website And I Fell In Love INSTANTLY. Upon my arrival to the dealership, Mark greeted me at the door and catered to my every need. He knew what I wanted and made sure it happened. From The test drive, To walking me through the paper work He took care of me. From beginning to end this experience was a total 10! He completely ensured that EVERYTHING was taken care of before I picked up my car and STILL continues to do so, Even after the sale. Now thats Customer Service at it's Finest.
