Billy is an exceptional service writer. He went way beyond his call duty. I’ve had some issues in the shop with my warranty and he has always come through for me. There needs to be more like him. I also feel that people in the service department should be more educated. I have dealt with three different individuals, including Billy, and none of them have the knowledge that Billy had, and if it wasn’t for him, I would’ve been paying a lot of money out of pocket when I actually had a warranty that would cover it hats off to Billy Boyle William is his real name
