This dealership does not care about customers after the sale. I purchased new and the finance company sent the bill to the wrong address and hurt my credit. The manager of Gettle laughed in my face after being informed of this. So I paid it off completely so they couldn't earn the interest. Never buy from Gettle dealerships.

I will add one thing that irritates me about this dealership and it seems to be industry wide. When calling to speak to the service department you are either put on hold for a very long time or asked to leave a message. I understand that the service department is very busy and probably understaffed. In their defense, they “usually “ call back when I leave a voicemail. But we play phone tag for the rest of the day. I go to YouTube and figure out how to fix the problem.

Matthew was the best, The best care any one could give!

Matthew was the best, The best care any one could give! First of all I was at the wrong place totally lost, but Matthew calm me down. Tell me he would get me in as soon as he could make sure I was taken care of and he was good at his word. He’s a wonderful guy and I am so thankful I met him.
