Dear Gettel Kia of Bradenton, I’m writing this review because I am very disappointed in your dealership. First in foremost I attempted to contact your sales manager Patrick Bernard to get assistance with all the issues I’ve been having since I purchased the vehicle at this dealship. When I had a conversation with him he said to bring the car in, I explained to him I was displaced to punta Gorda temporary. I needed a locked in date/time and was not given that. Since purchasing my 2020 Mazda CX 5 on October 12 I’ve experienced many issues. Below is a list of the issues: After purchasing the vehicle I had less than 5 miles of gas before empty. -After car was purchased they said car is being detailed, after I got home I showed off my new car to friends and they pointed out the poor detailing job. -Fluids not topped off when I left the lot. -Oil reminder on vehicle showed less than 27 days until new change was not offered to come back another day being that service department was closed. -Driving on highway car steering wobbles left and right. -When I accelerate after car is stopped It hesitates when I push on gas pedal. -I was told it was certified and with new brakes but this is false because the brakes are going to the floor. -Driving home that day I was on the highway and passenger windshield wipers fell off during the rain. Needless to say I purchased my own wipers. -This vehicle is listed for gas 25city/31 highway.I’m getting 23.4 city and 24.5 highway. Lastly I wasn’t entirely impressed with the sales rep Kristen Bascom who wasn’t very knowledgeable about my vehicle with her saying she owned one herself. As you see there are more than a few issues that I’ve been dealing with that need attention. -Chris Rizzo

Once the real building is put in place - should be great. The temporary buildings are just ok. The recall work was scheduled quite some time ago.

Absolutely amazing experience.

Absolutely amazing experience. Nigel worked with me constantly to get me the deal I wanted on the car I've been searching for. I'm going to miss my Genesis Coupe deeply, but I know someone else will have as much fun as I did with it. Now, to start my adventure with my almost new 2021 Kia Stinger GT1. I highly recommend this dealership and Nigel Morris for all your car/truck needs.
