I really enjoyed getting my car serviced at Gettel KIA in Bradenton, FL. I felt very comfortable in their Waiting Lounge area. There were comfortable chairs & drinks & great free snacks. All the workers there were hardworking, & sincere. I really appreciated Matthew Stroud & his personable & trustworthy attention. He didn't try to sell me something that my car actually didn't need, & he was all about service!! When done, he brought the car up to the front door, washed & ready. I will be back!!

Always friendly helping scheduling appointment. Usually takes you on scheduled time and not that long of wait. One suggestion is there should be donuts to go with coffee when early appointment.
