Driver's side door frame had 3 small dings that weren't
Driver's side door frame had 3 small dings that weren't there when we dropped it off for repairs. Additionally, one tire had only 7 PSI when I picked the car up. Staff were friendly but not organized. Some flat out refused to help waiting customers because they were "busy." Not sure with what...looked like paperwork that probably could have waited until the customers in the lobby were taken care of.

The process wasn’t that long.
The process wasn’t that long. We knew what we wanted going in. There was no gas in when we test drove it and we only got $15 in it when we purchased it.

Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership!
Worst customer service I’ve ever seen at a dealership! No one to greet you and when you walk in for assistance still no one to greet you. They couldn’t even figure out what was wrong with my Kia Soul . Nothing good to see here folks…

Worse service I’ve ever had.
Worse service I’ve ever had. Made a 830 appt for simple oil change and tire rotation on a 2022 Telluride. Didn’t get out until 1130. Not sure who failed or where the process failed but definitely not pleased with the service. The advisor said I had a recall for a hitch. I don’t even have a hitch. So why did it take 3hrs? Why did I make an appointment? All great questions. I’d rather drive 30-40min to another Kia dealership.
