I was there because my air was not working. They took my car back right away. He came back to me in a half hour or less and told me they have to order the part and he will call me when the part comes in.

The service is always very helpful and friendly. They stick with just the issues and are always prompt on getting things done. That’s why you have our repeat business.

WORST car dealership I have ever dealt with, and I have bought several cars in my lifetime. First, the finance guy lied to us about issues with our interest rate, credit score, and never made inquiries with our bank of choice (long story). Re-financed with our bank who then told us we were entitled to GAP insurance refund. Took a couple weeks to get the paperwork to start it. Sent it 08/28 via email. No acknowledgement of receipt. When I asked for verification, I was told it was received and it should take 6 weeks. Its been 2 months with no refund, and 3 emails to 3 different people (including top manager) and NO RESPONSE

Jeff was very thorough in checking on any recalls which may have occurred for my Telluride. I love how they vacuum and wash your car each time !!!
