Overall the car buying experience was good.
Overall the car buying experience was good. I with there was more availability of cars, trims, and colors. Steve Cassidy was great and willing to work with me. Dianeliz Torres & Eduardo Ledezema we’re very kind and had great customer service! The finance manager Brandon Benoit was patronizing and didn’t make me feel very secure in my decision initially. He also was not always kind to those working with him. All in all, was able to get it worked out and I am happy with my purchase this far!

Not only does he have an in-depth understanding of the Sorrento features, but he wanted to make sure we understood them before driving our new beautiful SUV off the lot. Disappointed in customer service skills of your service
Disappointed in customer service skills of your service department. Very slow and unhelpful if your assigned service person is unavailable. And when available, they arrive to work late so the customer has to wait even longer. Do not feel valued at all(as Gettel puts it).

I took my car in for a factory recall issue upon
I took my car in for a factory recall issue upon receiving a notice from KIA. This issue was mentioned to Gettel KIA when I scheduled my service appointment. I also had Gettel do an oil change and 12 point inspection service while I was there. When the car was returned to me the interior was filthy with greasy smudge marks all over the door panel and center console left by the service tech. I was also advised that I would need to return to have the recall item serviced because the recall parts were not in stock and needed to be ordered. xxx ! - that's what Gettel was scheduled to fix in the first place. Seems like they should have had the parts there to provide the recall service before I arrived.
