From the moment I stepped on the dealership I was treated with respect and kindness. No one tried to hard sell me at anytime. I test drove several cars and I'm glad I did. Absolutely horrendous customer service and support. I've never dealt with such an unresponsive sales team making false promises that were not fulfilled. I have been trying to get an answer on how long it would take to order a simple specific vehicle and what the breakdown would be of my trade-in for over a month. No one responds or follows through. I can't even fathom what their communication would be like AFTER I've made a purchase. Proceed with caution.
