Perfect!
We bought a new Jeep in August and Jeff made the experience a great one! We knew that when we were ready to purchase another vehicle that without a doubt we would return to this dealership. Jeff was unable to work with us (our fault we were late for our appointment) but had the cars we wanted to see ready for us. He had Jorge help us and we were not disappointed. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. He made our buying experience stress free, enjoyable and we left as happy repeat customers. We will definitely recommend John Elway to anyone looking for a new vehicle and send them to Jorge or Jeff. Stephan checked in to make sure everything was going well, he was very attentive, friendly and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. I needed change for the vending machine, they didn't have any so Stephan gave our daughter $3 out of his own pocket so she could get a snack. That is taking care of your customers to the next level. Everyone we came in contact with at Elway was friendly. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Raised the price $1000.00
Spent a few days working on a deal on a vehicle. Price was quoted as $13,300 (out the door) in writing via a text, and also when my husband met with the salesman that same price was quoted, along with the opportunity to cut the Dealer and Handling Charges in half if the deal was made that evening. The next day, I went through the process, speaking with our Credit Union and texting Salesman to let him know that we had approval. Received a text from salesman- "So this was my fault. I messed up when I quoted the $13,300, meant to hit the $14,300 and wasn't paying attention". He then apologized, I sent him a text with the approval from the Credit Union showing approval for $13,500 and that that was the best we were willing to do. Received a call from Stephen Larson, stating that they couldn't lose $1000.00 on the deal because that would be "bad business", even though it was the price we were quoted. He suggested finding us different financing, but the whole point for us was the price being quoted and then retracted seemed to be very unimportant, he was only trying to make the sale with the new, higher price, which wasn't the point or the issue. Obviously, losing $1000. is far more important to this dealership than losing a customer, and future business, and most importantly, the negative impact on your reputation. When you QUOTE a price in writing and face to face, you really should honor that price, not change it after the deal is set and payment is approved. Lost all faith in John Elway Dealership in Greeley, and wouldn't recommend to anyone, but will certainly share our experience.

Both ends of the spectrum: Great and Very Bad.
When I arrived at the dealership for an oil change I also asked them to perform a recall on my air bag system. I was informed that they could do the oil change but would have to schedule the recall item out over two months. This was frustrating but I didn't know what else to do as they said the recall work was 5-6 hours of work. When I returned home I received a phone call that due to that being a safety item in the recall I was to return and have it done right away as it would only take approximately 5 minutes to complete. This was frustrating as I had just spent approximately 2 hours there. I ultimately had to change my appointment due to a work schedule conflict and called Rob in their service department. I explained what had happened and he sent Joe Segura, their mobile tech, to my house to do the recall. This was a very pleasant surprise and I felt that was service far above what my expectations. Thanks for making it right!

Home Service for recalls
It was convenient to have someone come to our home to take care of some of the recalls that were piling up on our Dodge truck. However, the only reason that we got home service was because the service department at the dealership was so terrible and we complained. We were told to come back to have an oil change done after Christmas because it was so busy and when we came back we were then told that the service department did oil changes by appointment only. So to appease us they offered to perform some of the recalls in our driveway. That was very convenient, however, for oil changes the service wasn't very good.

Having keys made
They were so nice and helpful at a very busy time of year. They were on top of my problem until it was fixed. Cant say enough nice things about them and their caring, courteous, timely and helpful personnel!
