Great service!

Rick Calhoon and the finance department took great care of me! They were extremely generous on my old car's trade in value andgave me a great deal on the financing for my new car purchase, even though my credit score isn't stellar. Thanks, guys!

Great Experience!

I recently purchased a 2010 Dodge Ram 1500 from John Elway Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Greeley. I have to say it was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. i would especially like to thank Jacob Dukeman for his expertise and professionalism. Jacob made me feel very comfortable and confident about my selection and helped me through the process in a very quick and efficient manner, he answered all my questions and put me at ease right away. CAUTION! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!

CAUTION! We have had two bad experiences with Elway. After the first one, we felt that anyone could make a mistake and we should give them another chance. Big mistake. In November of 2013, we had a problem with our Jeep getting stuck in second gear. After having the Jeep in the shop for a week without anyone even looking at it yet, we were getting pretty frustrated and asked them to either look at it or let take it somewhere else. They promptly "fixed" it and after we paid several hundred dollars, we drove off the lot. We had not even turned onto the main street when the "check engine" light came on. We promptly turned around and took it back, and waited another ten days for them to let us know there was another problem with the Jeep--a problem we had never had prior to bringing our vehicle to Elway. After getting the Jeep back the second time, we drove about a mile from the service department and again could not get the Jeep out of second gear. We took it back and after another week, were told it was fixed and they graciously did not charge us for the problem which we had already paid them to fix. Heading home, the check again light again came on, and back we went. Now they informed us of another new problem we had never had before, and the Jeep was in lockup for another ten days. All total, Elway had our Jeep for 5 weeks and over $2,000 in repairs in addition to the original $300 repair we brought it in for. During the time our Jeep was in the shop, I made several calls to the service manager to discuss my concerns with him. However, not one of my calls was returned. I then called and asked to speak to the overall manager, who also did not return my calls. Fast forward to this month. Our ignition switch needed to be replaced. After several days in the shop, we paid $300 for the new switch. When the vehicle was brought out to us, we noticed the fog lights were on, but didn't think anything of it. We simply turned them off when we got in the car. However, a short time later, when we parked, we realized the lights were on permanently. Nothing we did would get the lights turned out. I quickly called the service department and explained the problem, and asked to get the car back in. The manager informed me the service department was now closed and I would have to wait three days before I could get the car back in; he cautioned me "don't let the battery run down". When I mentioned that it would be difficult to do that without being able to turn off the lights, he suggested I "google" the problem and see if I could come up with any solutions. When we brought the car back three days later, my husband questioned them as to why something that was working when we brought it in (the lights) was returned to us broken. The service manager simply shrugged and he didn't know. He told us they would do the labor for no cost but we would have to pay $175 for a new part. I give Elway poor ratings for what appears to be dishonest work. I cannot prove that they have actually broken things while the Jeep was in their possession, but it certainly seems odd that it would happen this many times and just coincidentally break down while in their shop. I also give Elway very poor ratings for no communication. They have ignored my phone calls and requests to speak to the manager. I would give them a better rating even if they had acted like they cared at all about my concerns. AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Best Dealership Experience !

I recently got a 2014 Jeep Patriot Latitude style, color black. Will the salesmanager did an excellent job at assisting me and my dad in getting a car for myself. I was able to test drive a used Jeep and then my dad and I decided to go with a new car. I picked out the one I wanted and Will was able to talk to his finance advisor Chris (I think was his name) and they both were able to offer discounts in order for me to get the car I wanted. Will and Chris gave me a graduation discount among some other discounts. I was very pleased to know that I was getting a good deal. All staff at this dealership was polite and friendly. I did need a co-signer in order to recieve the Jeep I wanted, and so my grandmother came to the dealership. Will and Chris were very clear and understanding when explaining details to my grandma. They both were able to speak in lamest terms as far as owning a car goes, due to the fact that I am inexperienced in that subject. I feel like I got a good deal on the new car, and the monthly payements are in my range of affordability. I love my new Jeep and am so thankful that there were helpful, caring, nice and honest individuals there to work with me. I would reccommend to my friends or acquaintences to go to the John Elway dealership in Greeley CO if they were ever looking to get a car/suv etc.. Poor customer service

These people didn't even want to help me! All the said was we can NOT help at this time. I must not have had the right blood line. How can they say they can help people with troubled credit when they didn't even get past one sentence!!!! Never in my lifetime will I speak to these people again!!!!! How RUDE!!

Absolute worst service I've ever experienced

I went in to buy a vehicle I was very interested in and also looking for a place to buy trucks from for my business. I had a truck picked out and when I looked at the blue book they had it priced way over blue book when the truck was NOT in perfect shape. When i asked to talk to a sales manager about it he straight told the sales man he would not talk to me about it. So I went up to ask for another manager he ended up getting mad and coming to talk to me. I was trying to state my case on why it wasn't worth asking price and he started raising his voice and completely unwilling to listen to me and was just acting like a complete idiot. I was looking for a good place to buy 8-10 brand new trucks in the next year or so and I not only will never go back there but I will tell every person and company owner I talk to about this subject to completely avoid this place

Great Customer Service

I was in the market for a good used car and Rick Calhoon was very helpful and friendly. He showed me cars that fit my criteria and had me in one in no time, I couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely recommend John Elway to anyone I know who is looking for a new vehicle.

Zach Addison Review

Zachary Adkison was the sales associate that assisted me in finding the right vehicle. He went out of his way to personalize the experience and making our buying experience great. Very kind and personable, Zach was very patient with myself and my husband. Answered every question with an obvious knowledge base of all the vehicles in the lot. If he could not answer my questions he went out of his way to find answers, he displayed a good comprehension of each vehicles features as well as pointing out little details that are important to a buyer. Zach was not pushy like most car sales men. He took a noticeable amount of time to get to know us and what vehicle would best fit our needs. It was noted how honest he answered questions, worked very hard in obtaining all information requested and really went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable at all times. I have to say that Mr. Zachary Adkison is a great example of what a car sales man should strive for, at the end of the day its always how the customer is treated that will be remembered. I highly recommend seeking out Zach at the John Elway Jeep dealership in Greeley, CO for great customer service.

Best Car Buying Experience

My husband and I walked into the dealership in hopes of finding the right Jeep to meet are budget and needs as a family of 4 Zachary Adkinson was great to work with and upfront about everything, he found us the perfect vehicle and we walked out of there feeling confident about our new 2014 Jeep Compass.
