Went to look at a car with a friend.

Went to look at a car with a friend. She wasn’t set on buying that day, but wanted to see what they had. If they had what she wanted, she’d be back with her husband to seal the deal. She would even order a car to her liking. She just wanted to see the SX Prestige in person. Sal refused to show us the desired car because the cars were on a different lot because we were not buying today. He didn’t even check to see if they had an SX prestige on the lot. Only checked later because we were ready to walk out. He said, “I don’t get paid by the hour.” Well sir you get paid to sell cars. Man, that kind of outright disrespect just because we were two women not ready to buy that day. Sal you lost yourself a really good customer.

A big shoutout to Gilberto, who always makes servicing my car completely uneventful, in the best way possible. He’s efficient, reliable, and keeps the process smooth every time. Also, kudos to Enis Kadric, who is always friendly, informative, and courteous. It’s refreshing to deal with both of these individuals who genuinely enjoy helping customers and ensuring they’re well-informed throughout the process. Top-notch service all around. Highly recommended!
