I dropped off my 2019 Kia soul for engine repair.

I dropped off my 2019 Kia soul for engine repair. When I went to pick the car up, my rear bumper was falling off. When I showed the technician, he told me that he would send the pictures to the manager and I should drive the car home with the bumper falling off. He said the manger would call me about repairs. I refused to leave until my car was fixed. They told me to give them a day to look the video over. The next day, they called me and told me the damage was not their responsibility because my car had a few scratches on the bumper when I brought it in so they were not responsible for the bumper falling off. After a lot of arguing and talking to management, they finally agreed to reattach the bumper. When I came to pick up the car, it has a significant amount of scratches on the bumper, much more than before and there was a dent in the front bumper. I took the car anyway and figured I would have my insurance fix the scratches since they denied everything and they did reattach the bumper. I got about 20 minutes from there shop and the bumper fell off again. I will never bring another car back there.

*Bad Experience with Finance Manager Mike Good* On

*Bad Experience with Finance Manager Mike Good* On 06-24-25 I purchased my Kia lease at the Wesley Chapel Dealership. I had good interaction with everyone except Mike Good, the finance manager. I am surprised by the all the five star reviews on the Kia website for Mike. Something tells me they are getting filtered… I also echoed my concerns to Jayson Lowe who I interacted before coming and he was very helpful throughout. When I refused to take any of the extra packages, he gave me a lengthy lecture and continued to push me, saying I was making a mistake. He even went as far as to say that the cars were "crap" and that the only thing covered in the 4-5th year would be the AC. When I refused financing, he suggested I use keep my money to pay off my mortgage instead, claiming it would be better for me. He also mentioned that he worked at Toyota before and claimed those cars were "crap" too. His responses were curt and condescending. He also asked if I had ever done this before attempting to further keep pushing me into his agenda. What a terrible salesman. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

Five-Star Experience with Isaiah! Today I stopped in for an oil change on my 2023 Kia Sorento EX and casually mentioned my interest in upgrading to the 2025 Sorento EX. From that moment, Isaiah made the entire experience exceptional. He was personable, engaging, and truly attentive. What stood out most was how understanding and respectful he was—there was never that stereotypical "car salesman" pressure. Instead, I felt genuinely heard and supported throughout the process. This is now the second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership, and I'm thrilled to say the five-star service continues. Thanks to Isaiah, I drove off today in my brand-new 2025 Sorento feeling confident, informed, and very happy with the process. Highly recommend!
