Great service!

This was my third vehicle purchased at Fucillo Kia. The service was awesome and everyone was very friendly. I spoke with Melissa to st my appointment and it was like I talking to an old friend. Israel was my salesperson. He was attentive and answered all my questions. He made sure I was comfortable during the process and made sure I made I understood all the options in the vehicle I purchased. Great service!

Exceptional Service

This was our second purchase at Fuccilio Kia. Isreal was the BEST car salesman we have ever had. He was detailed, friendly, understood what we wanted and could afford. No pressure felt at all! Tim in finance was fantastic as well. Friendly and welcoming. If you purchase a car at this facility ask for Isreal Santiago.

Terrible

After 6 hours I felt so pressured and stressed out. Why I bought I'll never know. Terrible experience....never again. The "deal" I got was poor.

Fast and Friendly Staff

My Sales Consultant Travis Beale was professional and very informative. The whole staff including the manager John and Finance rep Mike Najuch took their time to explain everything to me while purchasing my 2020 Soul. I could not have been more pleased with how everything was handled.

Excellent service

We just purchased a Telluride XE. Our sales person was Chris Bailey our manager was Dave Currier and are Finance person was Mike Najuch. The service that we experienced from all three of them or excellent. We would return and buy another car from them. I give all three of these gentlemen an A+ rating.

William gets a 10 across the board! Amazing and patient and well educated. He’s also honest, he didn’t try to over sell! He worked with me and did it gladly.

Feminist

I usually have Humberto(5 stars to him). He was with someone and I decided to give another service person a try (never told me his name). I told the person that my tire light is on and my tire was almost flat in my drive way. Waited in the waiting room for awhile and everyone who was in there received updates on their car and/or was told their car was done. 90 minutes went by, no update from my service person. I went up to the front desk and told them how ridiculous it is to not have had an update in 90 min. The service person said Oh..well.. all your tires just needed air. They were all low. I told the service person to check my front passenger tire again because it was flat in my driveway. 10 mintues someone new gives me an update and said they found a puncture in that tire and will patch it. Are you kidding me???? Its almost 2 hours and because I said to check my tire again... now they found it. Absurd! The service person didn't even want to believe me to check it again. Next time I will only see Humberto! Always great service with him!!
