John salesman and the dealership best ever

My wife and I went into fuccillo Kia of Wesley and went with the intent of looking into a affordable reliable car and when we met John salesman and got us approval for a 2019 Kia Rio and John also provided world class customer service and he went above and beyond and John was a big blessing because he show that he care and showed compassion to meet our needs. To be honest John deserve a 5 star rating all on his own, and addition Mike in finance did a wonderful job in explaining all the details of the term and also provided world customer service ,help us get a affordable payment with the Bank. In addition they salesman John and Mike in finance made us feel part of the Fuccillo Kia of Wesley family and warm and welcome!! I will continue buying from here and recommend anyone to buy cars from this dealership!! Salesman John is the best ever

Looked for a way to say ues

I had gone to several dealers that weren't willing to work with my negative equity and get me into a vehicle. Fucillo kept trying to get me in a vehicle that would work for both sides and eventually won my business

Satisfied customer

I recently got into a accident with my vehicle I barely had for a year. I only deal with Fuccillo Kia when it comes to my vehicle. My car was taken there for repair and it looks and rides like it did when I originally bought it to start with. I’m very picky about the appearance of my ride and it past my test. I’m happy to have my car back in “like new” condition. Thank you service, collision department, and paint department because that’s what I checked first. Thank you Jennifer for the daily updates that was also very comforting to know the daily status of my car.

Great service and outstanding staff!

We recently visited Fucillo Kia of Wesley Chapel for the second time to purchase a new car. Our sales agent Gene Honeycutt, he was absolutely outstanding! He was very helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and went above an beyond to make everything right. Thanks to Mr. Honeycutt, we were able to get the vehicle color and specs that we wanted from another dealership. Not only did this happen but it was delivered the same day so we could drive home in our new 2020 Soul. What a amazing experience

What a amazing experience from start to finish. I was approached by one of the most pleasant salesman named Antonio. He made me feel comfortable and listened to all of my requests and concerns. Then Luis stepped to assist us as well, and the professionalism continued. Luis worked hard to get us the best deal. Then Tim came in and put the icing on yhe cake. The best Car buying experience I have ever had. It was absolutely "Huge", I would recommend anyone to Fuccillo Kia!
