New car
We came in to buy a new Soul after research and making an appointment via online chat with Melissa Prieto. Melissa was very helpful answering my questions during the chat and setting up an appointment. We met with Richard Matos and his trainee upon arrival. Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable and "normal". Unfortunately, I have forgotten the name of the trainee and the finance guy who was also really nice and humorous. Negotiation went well or normal too for a large dealership (or company). They got what they wanted and we got what we wanted. Happy with this company and would buy another Kia from them in the future. BTW, we didn't buy the car just for all the fluff offered. This is our 6th Kia and we've been really happy with them for years. Funny, with six Kia's over the years we never had to send one in for warranty work; good quality. Lastly, no hamsters were harmed in the making of this review.

GENE IS THE BEST
Was nervous about getting my first new car and Gene made it quick and easy! Chris and Tim were also a crucial part in making sure I could get out of there in a new Kia hassle free at a low cost. Gene got my pregnant fiancé and I a nice dinner while we had to sit and fill out paperwork, Chris was more than full of information on the cars (even though he’s relatively new) Tim best the heck out of the bank to ensure the lowest price! Not to mention a cruise, 55 in TV, Golf clubs, tablet and Kayak?!? Will be going to Fuccillo Kia for years to come and highly recommend it.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER
Gene worked with my fiancé and I to get a safe and reliable car for our new baby. He went to great lengths to make sure we got everything we were looking for in the price range we could afford. Gene, Chis, and Tim worked hard all day and night long so that we could drive away with a new Rio. We are so grateful for their help, and will be back in the near future. Great experience
The staff was very friendly we had Israel as our salesman who was extremely courteous and friendly. He made the experience very easy we were never pressured into buying a car. We couldn’t afford the the first two offers but he kept working with us until we could work something out. I will definitely buy from Fuccillo again.

AMAZING!!
Amazing experience!! Mike, Luis , and Chris turned a VERY BAD Time (car totaled in an accident ) into something amazing! The experience I had at fucillo Kia Wesley Chapel was seriously great! They were all so genuine and really wanting to help from the moment I walked in. The entire process was VERY easy!!
