Landon A. was great to work with through texting, since I purchased from out of state. He sent a great personalized video of the truck which was a nice touch. The only part of the transaction that I didn’t like was when their finance dept. called and tried to sell me the $2800 additional warranty on top of the Ford Gold Certification. When I told him no, he asked “Why not?” Overall, it was a good experience, and they are holding my truck until I can pick it up in a month.

Landon and John were very courteous and helpful. It was my first purchase of a car in this state and they were great.

I was having a vehicle repaired and learned that it needed a significant repair so a new car was in play. It took several calls to the main line but the last call a lady said I will find you a sales person, and Landon called me right away. I explained my situation and he immediately started to look for a Ford edge with low mileage that fit our needs. Landon even came to pick me up from our home and we looked at several vehicles, which we ended up buying a 2023 Edge SEL. He listened, was very accommodating and was very helpful with my situation. I am in the service industry and Landon is the type of individual I would ask for again. Landon was an awesome persona and a honest sales guy. I had a positive negotiation with him on the lease of F 150 Lightning, It all ended very well.

First of all let me start off by saying everyone in this dealership is awesome. But my sales rep Sean Conn absolutely made this experience so much more than it could have ever imagined. He was polite knew exactly what I wanted and I love how he had the knowledge to explain to me what I was asking and our conversations will probably forever stick in my head in my heart. He didn't rush me and they got me out of there pretty quick. I was dying to drive my new car, so he let me while they did paper work.
