They sell used parts as new and refused to give prompt refunds. Management is a joke they tried to steal $1200 for me how to involve the police and my bank.

Brought my car in for service on the front brakes. Jonathan was my service advisor. Jonathan kept me in the loop with everything that was going on. Due to a recall issue, I was given a loaner car. Thank you Jonathan and Schumacher Subaru for excellent service.

I was disappointed with the diagnosis fee charged to me for the calibration of the windshield / eye site system malfunctioning (3hrs labor charge) due to no fault of mine, despite my warranty still in effect til October 31. The windshield was replaced over a year ago and after a thousands miles. This will definitely affect my next purchase in the future, Manny, my service advisor, was very professional and understood my disappointment, but I had no choice in paying $825, no parts were needed for repairs. I would be happy to receive a partial credit to make this right. Thanks Robert
