I just leased my third Subaru Outback from the Schumacher Subaru dealership in WPB. They made it easy for me to fulfill my innermost desires by offering me a price I couldn't walk away from. The car is a dream, and the dealership has been outstanding to work with. It doesn't mean so much down here in Florida, but for you snowbirds, the Subaru Outback was the best snow car I ever drove and I lived in the northeast for 70 years.

The process with quick and painless. They gave me the price I wanted. They made sure that I was comfortable while waiting. Louis Torres was accommodating and even followed up with me the next day through his own personal cell phone.

My husband and I had an amazing experience! Andre Henry was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable when it came to purchasing our Subaru Ascent. Charles Allan our super kind finance guy made sure we got a great rate and really spent the time to explain all the amazing packages to add onto the car.

Our first Subaru and the experience was outstanding. They had the exact car/color combination we were looking for. I spoke to Jean Andre before driving up to be sure they still had it and when we arrived he had it parked out front ready for us to test drive it. Everything from the test drive to finance to driving it home was excellent.

I was very happy with our sales person Adam. He was not pushy at all. This is our third Subaru from Schumacher of West Palm Beach so that should say it all. Adam went out of his way to make this experience as easy as possible. He was very knowledgeable about the car which was very important when demonstrating all the features it had. He event set up the blue tooth on our phones. All in all a very good experience!

So I've been in the market for a 2023 WRX premium for a little over a month. Just so you know, I have never bought a brand new car before. I was excited but a bit fearful of what was to come. So since it was my first new car I was taking my time and went to quite a few dealerships, mainly just to gather information of the vehicle and the offers they had. All of the salesmen and managers were polite, but the were a bit pushy. I reiterated that I was just doing my research but even then they wanted me to buy the car right there and then. But then, I went to Schumacher Subaru of West Palm Beach. I'm from the Fort Lauderdale area, I didn't really wanted to up there, but I did. I had an appointment with Kailey Izzi. From the get go I was straight forward, letting her know I was just doing my research and that I wasn't going to buy a car that day (12/09/23). She was courteous and helpful with all the questions that I had; she made me feel at easy. But what surprised me the most, is that she was taking her time showing me every little thing of the vehicle. Of course I wasn't going to remember it all, but unlike all the other salesmen(from other dealers) she wanted to take make sure I liked the car. She even helped me to compare a regular sound system and the Harman Kardon one. And when we sat down to talk numbers, Kailey and Nick were straight forward with the pricing (Everyone else, their markup was insane). But at Schumacher Subaru they offered me something I couldn't resist, I couldn't say no. So I got myself a WRX 2023 Premium 😎😎😎. Nick and Kailey, but specifically Kailey made my car buying experience wonderful. All I can say is Thank you! On another note, I brought my car in to service on Wednesday. I was greeted by Phill, who was attentive and reassured me that Shane was going to take care of my car. Shane was also attentive and helpful answering some questions that I had. They have a pretty good team.

Customer service and everything else is outstanding. Every time I have taken my car for service I have had an outstanding experience. Thank you.

I have only used Schumacher Subaru in West Palm Beach’s service department since moving to south Florida and find their prices fair, their service done professionally and accurately and their customer waiting area to be very comfortable. My current service advisor, Mike Boden, explains everything clearly, listens to my concerns and sees that I am clear on everything my car needs and am satisfied when each service is completed.

Bought my Outback from Schumacher about a decade ago. They have always provided good service, which keeps this great car going into its second decade.

Working with Schumacher Subaru of West Palm Beach to trade in and purchase a new vehicle (an Ascent) was the most satisfactory experience I ever encountered. The salesman , Adam Stasinski, was a dream to work with: friendly, personable, helpful, very knowledgeable, and very fair in the negotiations. The price negotiation was a win-win outcome. The service advisor, Arnaud, is great; exhibiting the above listed characteristics also. From top to bottom, the dealership seems very well run. I would highly recommend them.
